Keylie, our driver, was so sweet. This was a private tour in a private car. It was awesome! We had the greatest experience there. We got there early. And we’re the first people there. So there were only four of us. We got to go into the cages and interact one on one with the animals. The sloths you can’t hold, of course, but you can get very close for good pictures. Just not touching them. Great experience. Loved our driver. Thank you so much.

Amazing experience!

Just did a monkey & sloth with West Bay Beach tour with MJ this week and they were amazing! Mishelle and TJ were so accommodating and helpful. We bombarded them with an additional 7 I booked guest on top of us 5 booked and they were ready to accept the additional folks! They grabbed a bigger vehicle and off we went. Went out if their way for things and picked up on small talk to accommodate things our group had interest in without asking. Absolutely wonderful people and experience. Even consoled my children in a scary time at no fault of their own. Couldn’t ask for better or more accommodating guides. Wish I could give 10 stars. Definitely will be back!

Our whole experience with this excursion was fantastic. We got a mini van for our larger group number, instructions of where to meet outside port was clear. With good visual landmarks. Cynthia our private driver spoke great English and was personable and knowledgeable. They waited at every location with you but never pressure or invade or your experience. If you are looking to book with this company don't hesitate.

Great Excursion

This was the first time I used Viator for an excursion during a cruise port stop. It was very easy. We found the tour operator, Roatan Ocean Adventures (ROA), right away. Our driver, Keylie, was super nice and informative. Our first stop, the Monkey/Sloth tour, was an awesome experience! A monkey climbed on us, but we were not allowed to touch the sloths. The next stop was snorkeling. We snorkeled at 2 nice locations with beautiful crystal-clear blue water. There were a lot of colorful fish and even a stingray, however, sadly, the reefs did seem to have coral bleaching. Keylie waited for us at each stop and took us back to the port. We were fortunate to have her as our driver since she added pleasure to our experience.

Best Tour on the Island!

Alanis was a fantastic tour guide! Friendly, knowledgeable and personable! The entire experience was top notch. The animal sanctuary (and Michelle Obama) was a fantastic learning experience about conservation and animal rehabilitation. The chocolate and rum factories were phenomenal. Lunch at Mutton Pepper was perfection. Best jerk chicken and blackened yellow tail snapper. The beach was the best beach of the whole trip! By far! We will be returning to the island and will book another excursion!

Great day out, exceptional guide.

We had a lovely day out. A representative was waiting for us at the port and introduced us to our guide Kessi. The car was parked around 2 minutes walk from the port. Kessi was very knowledgeable about the island and stayed with us through the whole morning. The quad biking was great, visiting beach and jungle. Rum and Chocolate tasting was interesting. The sloths and monkeys were very sweet. Our guide was flexible so we could have adjusted our schedule on the day if we had wished to do so but it suited us perfectly.

Texans in Roatan!

Absolutely incredible snorkeling adventure in Roatan, Honduras! Vanessa was amazing — so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire excursion. She made sure we felt comfortable, informed, and excited every step of the way. Our snorkel guide, Valentin, was fantastic as well! He made sure we saw the beautiful reef, pointed out amazing marine life, and kept the whole experience fun and enjoyable. This was easily a 100/100 experience for us. The staff, the reef, and the overall atmosphere were unforgettable. We will definitely be booking again the next time we’re in Roatan!

Best snorkeling ever!!

We had an amazing excursion. Denisa was waiting on us at the cruise port and drove us to each destination. She made sure we got to see and do everything we wanted and was super friendly! It was so nice having a private experience versus the tour bus. The best snorkeling experience we’ve ever had….EVER! Smaller groups are the way to go! Highly recommend!!

Dune Buggy/Animal Park Fun!

Here’s a polished, engaging Viator review with your fun personality baked in: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Roatan Adventure – Ask for Glavin! This excursion was hands down one of the BEST days of our trip! Pro tip: get off the ship EARLY because the port gets super crowded. Thankfully, Glavin made it easy—he communicated exactly where to meet and was already there waiting for us (huge win!). Our first stop was the animal park, and WOW—such a fun experience! We had monkeys and birds literally jumping onto our hands and on top of our heads! The sloth was adorable and such a highlight—slow, sweet, and surprisingly photogenic! After about an hour at the animal park, came the Dune buggies—and YES, you will get muddy, so come prepared! It was an absolute blast driving the loop, splashing through puddles, and just letting loose. Definitely bring a change of clothes and a towel—you’ll need it! We wrapped up the day at a beautiful private beach where we relaxed, soaked in the views, and enjoyed some peaceful time before heading back. Glavin truly made the experience—he was an incredible driver, super fun, and shared tons of interesting facts about Roatan along the way. We felt safe, well taken care of, and never rushed. Plus, we got back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend this excursion—such fun memories made! And seriously… ask for Glavin!

Met our guide/driver...

Met our guide/driver Monique at pick up place. She was awesome. Stayed with us and explained everything. Zip line crew was very good. Took care of our safety and made sure we had good time. The animal reserve was nice. For snorkeling, a small boat took us 5 min away from shore and it was pretty. It was a very good deal in terms of money spent and activities covered. Our tour guide Monique made every effort to give us an excellent experience.

Awesome tour

Dennest was our driver for this tour and he was incredible and super professional. The monkey and sloths were adorable and informative. The zip lining was next level exhilarating and the staff so personable. ATV was awesome, all the staff was great and we lucked out with it being rainy which made it more fun but super dirty….definitely pack a change of clothes. We were provided a drink of choice after the ride which was a nice surprise. We opted not to do the beach due to the weather. It was definitely a great value for the price. We would 100% do this tour again and request Dennest!
