a MUST for whenever I visit Maui!

It is one of the most amazing activities you could plan for Maui! We have booked this experience for the last 3 trips and will continue to do so for any future trips! It is pretty low impact, so my dad and aunt (who are in their late 60s) had no problem enjoying themselves. Our tour guide, Kahili taught us about the history of Maui and all of the native flora and fauna while riding along, the water with us. Overall an unforgettable experience that I’ll always come back to!

JUST DO IT……. You’ll love it.

This was such a great experience and Payson (guide) was exceptional. We saw a bunch of turtles (7+) and he took awesome pictures throughout the tour. Yes, I know there was another reviewer who commented about the fee for the pictures that Payson took. What price can you put on your phone and worrying about your phone throughout the tour. Leave it and embrace the experience and let him capture all the pics. So worth it !!!!! Great pics, great kayaking & snorkeling. Just do it…….you won’t regret it !!

Worth every minute!

It was an intimate and wonderful experience! A highlight of our trip!!! Went with my husband and my 15 year old girl twins. There was only us and one other family and Chris told me that he usually doesn’t do more than 10 people (5 kayaks). I think having a small group really allowed for a very private experience with our own tour guide telling us about history of Hawaii Hawaiian islands and Maui in particular. As we were kayaking, we could see the ocean floor from our clear kayaks. I wanna say it was only about 20 to 30 feet so it made my one girl who’s uncomfortable with snorkeling very comfortable with the situation. Chris was also very protective of our direction in the water and the water was very calm. Maui is known for its calm waters in the morning. And it was time for snorkeling. Chris helped us out out of the kayak and into the water. He also directed us towards where we would see turtles, he was spot on! Nobody was around us and it was like our own private swim time with the turtles. We saw at least four or five and also fish like Humohumo’s, rainbow and others. And my daughter, who is normally uncomfortable with snorkeling, enjoyed every minute of it. It was about a three hour excursion in total and so worth the experience. Chris was the best guide!

Easy paddle, awesome experience!

Curtis and Mark were fantastic guides, made sure we all had proper equipment, checked in on us regularly, and shared stories and history of the area. I was concerned about getting out and back into the kayak to snorkel in the open water. Or guides made it easy and safe. It only required pushing the side of the boat down to my armpits and rolling in. We saw lots of turtles, fish, urchins, and coral. The paddle was easy and the price was well worth the experience!

Amazing tour!!

We had such a great time on this tour! Ryan, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable about the island and answered all the questions we had! We wish the waves were a little calmer so that we could've seen more creatures and the sea caves better, but it was definitely still such a fun tour. The highlight was definitely cliff jumping! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested!

Fun and educational day

We so enjoyed our day on the water with Gabe and Kolo! Their tips for kayaking were helpful and we appreciated the knowledge they shared about Kaua’i. They let the kayakers have autonomy while keeping everyone’s safety in mind. Snorkeling was a blast. The charts of what we might see were helpful and in addition to many fish we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle! What a fun time for our girls trip! Crystal blue water along the most beautiful reef! These kayaks are for everyone, experienced or not very easy to navigate. My husband and I booked this trip and John S. Was our guide. John was an excellent tour leader, very upbeat and positive, as well as patient and helpful. He made kayaking easy with clear simple instructions. In addition, John was quite patient with me as I am not a good snorkeler. He made it easy for even me to view the sea turtles. The photos he took were outstanding. We highly recommend this tour.

Great Kayak and Snorkel tour

A great experience. Our guide, Tyler, was knowledgeable and friendly. His orientation and guidance was thorough. He took us to the best spots to snorkel and see the fish and turtles. He was even able to help some of our group get back into the kayaks as that can be tricky. Overall, it was a delightful morning!

Canoe Surfing for the Win

Outrigger canoe surfing was amazing! It was basically a private tour. Just myself, husband and Krishan, the tour guide. He explained everything very clearly and then we were off! We got in a bunch of waves, it felt like we were going so fast! It was super fun. Some people in the area saw how much fun we were having and asked about tours in the afternoon. Highly suggest, and way easier than surfing!

Way to go and row!

Great kayak experience, friendly and helpful staff, and a beautiful location. I didn't pay attention when I booked and was surprised when I arrived to get free lunch, dry bag, and cooler to take along for the day. The paddles were feathered instead of straight. They may have had straight but I didn't realize the difference until I was learning as I rowed. Made it to the island and bag though. The scenery and wildlife were awesome!
