We had a great experience with this company, CHAT tours for our 4-day tour. It was a small group of about 14 and we had a smaller bus which was great. It was very well organized and the driver was excellent. Our tour guide Jordan was VERY knowledgeable and seemed to love to share his knowledge with the group. It moves quickly and you can expect to be leaving around 8am and returning to a hotel about 7pm. You get a good overview of each place and a small amount of free time at each place. The bus stops often enough for bathroom and snack breaks. Lunches are a bit of a tourist trap and many bus companies go to the same spots. They were ok but a tad expensive. The hotels were all Amelia brand hotels which were likely very grand in their time 40 yrs ago. They are not 4 star hotels by North American standards. More like 2-3 star. They were clean but basic. The one in Delphi had stunning views. The breakfasts and dinners are buffet style at the hotel and they had lots of options and were good. We met lots of great people and had a great time. Highly recommend.

This is a very reliable service. It’s nice to be able to relax and not worry about how to get to your next destination. We had just arrived to Piraeus port from ferry. Our driver was not there, but he was good about communicating with me. He had been delayed because of a taxi strike, but he was only a little delayed and was in communication with us, so we were very assured. Once he arrived, he offered cold water and was very friendly and helpful in recommending things to do in the area.

Excellent service. We had messaged the pickup company with our ferry name and were met by Margaret, our driver, directly from our ferry docking gate at Piraeus. Despite busy traffic it was a very comfortable journey and would recommend this as an option to transfer between ferry port and airport.

Every cruiser on our ship was jealous of our Santorini experience, especially taking the cable car back to get to the boat. It was a two hour wait buy a tour set us up with the water taxi to come back. They schedule a time the water taxi is there exactly as promised we were back within a half hour unlike most people who did not do the tour had to walk down the steps and so many complaints so thank you thank you for an amazing experience

This was a Great excursion to switch up the pace from the cruise ship. They were extremely helpful and super responsive. (Others companies took hours or even days to respond) the map provided was detailed and we received recommended locations to visit. Can’t wait to the next trip. We will definitely look them up again for our ATV needs.

They called the day before to confirm the pickup location and time. They were right on time for the pickup and loaded/unloaded all our luggage. Transportation was in a good size van that easily fit all 6 of us travelers in comfort and air conditioning. Very happy with the service!

Our driver was waiting for us right outside. Our plane was late but they monitored the flight and were there on time. Fantastic vehicle, beautiful interior and large enough for big groups. It was only 4 of us, but my wife and daughters do not travel light, so plenty of room for ALL the luggage.

We were late disembarking the ship due to a medical emergency on the part of an unrelated passenger. Our driver stayed and was looking for us when we came off. We really appreciate that as we were able to make our flight connection. Great service by Viator!
