Immerse yourself in Cretan cuisine with a private cooking class in Arolithos Traditional Cretan Village. Enjoy a small tour of the museum and two old houses. Afterwards, learn to make several traditional Cretan dishes, including starters, mains, and desserts, which you get to enjoy together afterwards. Includes local wine and mineral water and dinner.

Instead of simply observing Greek sculptures during your time in Athens, why not also try making your own? Practice sculpting with tips from a professional during this private workshop. All the sculpting tools you need are provided, as well as helpful videos on ancient sculpting techniques. Model and carve your very own art object from Cretan clay under your tutor’s careful guidance.

Creating each pot is a unique moment. The ability that clay gives you from a piece of amorphous matter to create objects that will make everyday life more beautiful give it invaluable value. The hours I go to the atelier are for me a source of energy and relaxation, and that’s what I’m looking for those who visit my atelier. The workshop is located 16 kilometres from Heraklion ( acces only with car ), in a unique location in the nature, with a spectacular view of Cretan mountains. The area around offers many opportunities for walking and visiting the nearby villages.
