Experiencing Bavarian food while visiting Germany isn’t the same as learning to make it own your own. This Bavarian cooking class takes you inside a local’s 150-year-old farmhouse in Oberaudorf, while you learn firsthand how to make a Bavarian-style dinner. Learn to make strudel and schnitzel, as you sip on Bavarian beer and local schnapps, and then take home the recipes and skills to do it again after your trip.

Treat yourself to a unique home cooking class in Cologne, guided by your host who is no stranger to the art of immersive storytelling. Together, you will create a delicious meal in her kitchen-dining space. The event is private and dedicated just for you, whether you book for yourself or up to 4 as a group. In warmer weather, if natural light permits, you have the option of dining outdoors, in the communal garden! The host lives with her partner and they own a sweet, medium-sized dog who welcomes cuddles! The meal designed from German recipes, feature local seasonal produce with Nadia’s personal touches. Curious yet respectful, she draws influences from her childhood in Singapore, travels and the years she lived in Rome, Italy to complement German cuisine in an exciting and memorable way, through select choices in ingredients and cooking techniques. Afterwards, the recipes will be emailed to you, so you can recreate them back home!

A truly fun way to learn about the two most influential ingredients to a Bavarian's life. At Zum Bauer we will have you laughing and rolling pretzels while tasting the three most consumed types of Bavarian beer. Each evening includes three pretzels of our making with choice of toppings and dips and three half liter beers per person.

Join me at my newly renovated Werkstatt Kitchen inOberaudorf for a Bavarian family style dinner and learn how to make some Christmas market classics, Schupfnudeln, Brat Apfeln & Gluhwein. Together we roll our sleeves up as we roll our Schupfnudeln out. Sip some of our favorite Bavarian beers during the cooking experience and enjoy a local schnapps to top off the meal. You join me each step of the way. We pick you up from the train station in Oberaudorf and then it is straight into the Werkstatt kitchen with all the fixin’s and most importantly the Guade Vibes! After cooking and enjoying our meal together, we say Servus and get you back to the station in time for your train, but not before you get your own Adventure Bavaria recipes to take back with you so you can make Schnitzel at home for all your family and friends.

Craft traditional Bavarian pretzels from scratch in this immersive workshop in Munich. Participants will mix, knead, and shape their dough into iconic pretzels, followed by the unique lye dip that achieves that signature dark crust. While pretzels bake, you’ll create a delicious obazda cheese spread and finish off with kaiserschmarrn, a delightful shredded pancake. This full meal is enjoyed together, complemented by a tasting of Bavarian beer. Led by a French expat passionate about baking, this workshop embraces a hands-on approach in a cozy cooking studio, perfect for small groups or private events.

We combine two activities that simply work together: drinking wine and painting. Easels, canvases, paints and brushes are available in our shop and you can express yourself creatively. Everyone has the opportunity to write a motto on a piece of paper, which we throw into a large wine glass and accompany the evening. At our events we present five exciting, high-quality wines that can be enjoyed throughout the evening. In addition, you can meet new people in a relaxed environment, present your masterpiece and, of course, take it home with you at the end.
