What are people saying about Florence

We really enjoyed the way...
We really enjoyed the way our guide placed the art in the Uffizi in the context of the history of Florence. It helped us appreciate the locality of the art, making it more than just a collection of Renaissance art but reflecting the history of Florence.

The operator that received us for the tickets was super efficient! Very friendly, offer us water, a place to sit as we arrived a bit earlier! Oncccwe hit the tickets she walked us to the front of line and went right in! Very nice experience! Thank you

No
We loved the exhibit. But your service was non existent. The guide was 30 minutes late. He handed us a ticket , told us to wait in a line and then disappeared. No explanation of what to expect. It caused a lot of anxiety. Like I said, your service was worthless, or worse.

This is a concise tour...
This is a concise tour and talk a about the David statue and some of the other sculptures in the museum. Arrive early - we arrived at 10:51 for our 11 am scheduled time, we were the last to arrive and the tour started immediately. The tour guide mentioned you can't bring large bottles of water but you also can't bring multiple small containers of liquids. Luckily the museum is used to this issue and pointed me across the street to luggage storage and the tour guide kindly waited for me. I would recommend the tour to others, it was a great way to get an appreciation for how the sculptor worked and the different dimensions of his pieces and his life. Audio amplifier/ radio was used so we could very clearly hear our guide the entire time.
