What are people saying about Dubrovnik

Beautiful waterfalls Kravica and Mostar
It was cloudy in the morning, so my partner and i both needed a jacket and thicker shoes to walk in, sandals or flip-flops would be too light and would have been frozen at 12 degrees C.
After that is became sunny and we had to take some chlotes of i Mostar, which was also beautiful, good food, great guide Milko and driver Mladen. Milko booked a plave to have a lunch if we wanted. Also Mostar is obviously very popular and offer lots of traditional products in small authentic shops
Great day trip overall. I am happy that we went now and not in peak summet season as it was quite busy now, already.

Niko and the driver were amazing, keeping up the morale and always happy to share with us the story and the details of the places that we have visited.
Wonderful experience, hoping to meet him again in another trip.
From Italy, Niko you are simply the best

absolutely recommend this trip!
Can’t recommend this trip enough. Picked up & dropped off on time. Straight through border control both sides, no delay - much easier in a small group than on a coach. “Disco” our guide & driver was fun, friendly and very informative. The waterfalls and Mostar were both beautiful, plenty of time at each.

Worth it!
Long day and lengthy waits at the border crossings (as you're on a tour bus with 50+ others) but the trip was well worth it. Mostar is a beautiful town and the local guide was great! Kravice waterfalls are great to see and in the warmer months would be great for a swim! Just beautiful.

Great tour
Great small group tour from Dubrovnik to Montenegro with stops in Perast, Kotor, and Budva. Each place was beautiful and worth the visit.
Darko was an excellent driver—friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic day trip to Persast and Kotor
Fantastic day trip to Perast and Kotor Matthew, our guide was super knowledgable even for being very young and the driver was excellent. The small group made it much better to have a comfortable van, and personalise the trip. Matthew knew many local people so we got on the boat quicker and gave us some inside tips. Both Persast and Kotor are beautiful places to visit. Worth the trip

Best Elafiti Island Cruise Company
We travel at least twice a year to various European countries and have booked several local tours over the years. Our experiences with the local tour companies have ranged from outstanding to "just OK." The entire experience with Dubrovnik Boat Tours (DBT) from booking to getting off the boat at the end of the tour was absolutely outstanding. DBT is one of the most professional, efficient, forward-thinking, and accommodating tour companies we've encountered.
The experience started not long after initially booking the tour. Our travel itinerary was very complex and we had questions regarding specific details of how we could get to the departure dock the day of the tour from where we were initially scheduled to stay in Dubrovnik. Every request for information was promptly responded to within a few hours.
A few days before the tour, we hadn’t yet checked what the weather would be the day of the tour. We received a message from Srdjan Klaic, our DBT point of contact, suggesting that if possible, we take the tour a day earlier because the scheduled day of the tour was to be bad weather. The prior day would not be possible, because we would still be traveling to Dubrovnik, so we asked if we could be rescheduled for the day after the scheduled day. He immediately responded that would be OK and that was that.
When we arrived in Dubrovnik, we found that we’d been moved to a different hotel. We informed DBT 24 hours out that our hotel accommodations had been changed last-minute. They immediately made changes to their pickup schedule to accommodate picking us up at the new location - - no questions asked and in a pleasant “can do – no problem” manner.
The staff and crew on the boat were some of the most friendly, professional and fun people one could hope for. On top of all of this, the two lunch options prepared fresh onboard while sailing were absolutely delicious, served steaming hot, and of a quantity one would seldom find in a 4-star restaurant.
Thank you DBT for a most memorable and enjoyable experience.

Ivan was an outstanding driver. Extremely knowledgeable and made the drive pass by quickly. He had excellent recommendations and taught us a lot about the area, culture & history. Montenegro was beautiful and very enjoyable to explore, but Ivan makes this tour a 5/5 stars.

Excellent value for money.
£9 for a full eight hours of travel between Dubrovnik and three beautiful islands. Excellent value for money, the tour guides were great too. Offering drinks of all varieties in that price.
Lopud offers the best value as it has good carts for taxis, a beach, restaurants, shops and history but it is pricey. Had an excellent meal there and swim on a near empty perfect sandy beach.
The other two islands offer a lot less to do so it’s harder to fill the time from the drop off spots but they are very picturesque.
I’d almost say it’s better to offer 30 mins on two of the islands to turn lopud into a four hour stay if I could recommend any changes.

Plenty of time for swimming on the islands, which was fantastic - the water was lovely.
Would advise to be brave and go into the cave as it’s worth seeing - despite the water being a little chilly to begin with!
Lunch was plentiful, however the wine was a little questionable 😂

Good tour, it served our...
Good tour, it served our purpose of avoiding renting a car (plus the extra cost for going to Montenegro) but being able to visit Montenegro. Decision was reinforced once we saw the parking situations in Kotor and Perast (small lot and 15 euros for the day - we saw lots of people park, find out the price and drive off!). Border was shorter than expected based on the reviews, 1h06 minutes on the way in and 25 minutes on the way back - but it was October. Kotor is very nice and there’s plenty of time to visit.

Had a great time
Our guide for the morning trip was James and he did a wonderful job. I was a solo traveler and then there were two other groups on the boat. James did a great job making sure we were all comfortable and knew the plan. He was really great at driving the boat smoothly on a choppier day. We had some trouble getting off from the beach because of the big waves and again, he did well managing the situation and was very patient and had a great attitude. I really enjoyed this trip and a half a day with the perfect amount of time, especially going solo.
