Early start to the day, but worth it. Visited 3 island and had between 1 and 3 hours of free time on each. Lunch was organized well and was pretty good. The staff members on the boat were effective and kind. Unlimited soft drinks and white wine were available throughout the trip. Overall, it was an enjoyable adventure for a day trip.

Lana was a local with a passion for her country and town. She was helpful with ppl with special needs and was dynamic, interacting with everyone in group. Her recounting of local history was very informative. Nice restaurant at top of cable car ride. Enjoyed a tasty lunch. Chairs complete with blankets as the wind on top could be a bit chilly.

The historical walking tour of Old Town Dubrovnik was an unforgettable experience! Strolling through the beautiful cobblestone streets, surrounded by ancient city walls, historic buildings, and charming squares, felt like stepping back in time. Our tour guide, Josip, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Dubrovnik’s rich history, bringing the stories of the city’s past to life with fascinating facts and interesting anecdotes. One of the most moving parts of the tour was learning about the Croatian War of Independence (1991–1995) and the devastating siege of Dubrovnik in 1991. Josip explained how the city endured heavy bombardment, suffered significant damage, and yet showed incredible resilience in protecting its people, cultural heritage, and historic landmarks. Hearing about the impact of the war and the remarkable restoration of the Old Town gave us a much deeper appreciation of Dubrovnik and its people. I particularly enjoyed learning about the Republic of Ragusa, the city’s maritime heritage, and the historical events that shaped this remarkable place. The tour was well-paced, informative, and offered a wonderful opportunity to discover hidden corners while understanding both the triumphs and tragedies of Dubrovnik’s past. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dubrovnik, especially history lovers and first-time visitors. Thank you, Josip, for such an engaging, insightful, and memorable experience!
