I actually had a really nice time on this tour. I was worried it would be too much driving and be uncomfortable, but with all the stops it was totally manageable. Mostar is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. And our guide TJ was excellent. He really made the trip enjoyable. Providing tons of great information and made it fun and a good experience for all. Would definitely recommend him.

It was a fantastic day! Everything was so well organized and ran like clockwork. Our guide Hana was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.
The day was great - plenty of time in both places (we did Mostar first - 2.5 hours, then 90 min at the waterfall). The waterfall is so pretty + the water felt great after 100° all day. I’d recommend water shoes if you have them - though I did manage on the rocks barefoot.
It is a long day but worth it , beautiful water falls and mostar is a very hot busy town but interesting to learn the history , also very cheap compared to Croatia , our driver kept us informed at all times even took us through quieter check points , had a diversion on the way back due to police incident , driver handled this very well even though the road was very narrow to start with and very busy due to all traffic diverted in both directions , he did a good job considering the road
Great trip to Bosnia, they were very professional and helpful. They gave us information about each places including Dubrovnik and Croatia which was great. We had enough time at each stop. I would recommend this trip maybe mention people are allowed to swim at Kravice would be good to know prior
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Mostar and the Kravica waterfalls in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The very early start from Cavtat allowed us to make the most of our day. TJ was a great guide, very informative and also extremely funny. His recommendations for food and activities in Mostar were very helpful, and he was quite efficient in organising the border crossings. The two destinations themselves were absolutely worth the journey. Mostar is an incredible city with a fascinating historic centre, and the waterfalls are impressive and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

It was a wonderful day. Beautiful places and our driver, Stephan, was absolutely great. Besides great driving he gave a history lesson in the areas we were visiting and tips on what to do. He was funny and nice. Just the perfect person for such a long day
Also , Ken, our local guide in Mostar was equally as great. He gave a perfect tour and commentary in his hometown, Mistar. All in all a perfect day Highly recommend it 👍

Went on this trip as a family - kids age 15 and 9. Took the smLl group tour of upto 19 people. Minibus was comfortable . Going as a small group was far better than in one of the bigger coaches. Rosa our guide was very good- efficient, polite and professional. Our local guide in Mostar was very good, knowledgeable and funny. Passport control/ immigration at borders was quick too .Had enough time to explore the main shops and street if Mostar as well as to grab lunch and take pics. The only thing we didn't like was our experience at the Kravice waterfalls - 1 hour is not enough to make our way down especially when there are crowds. It takes a good 10 mins to get down when it's hot especially when going with kids. By the time we got down there was only time to take a few pics and then head back up the steep climb ( which for my wife with health conditions would take longer than the average traveller) . We were told there would be a train to and from the waterfalls at the entrance of the park but again with it running only every 20 mins or so it really didn't leave much time to appreciate the waterfalls. We would have loved to have a swim ( kids were disappointed )- but time didn't allow for this. It was a rushed experience sadly at the waterfalls and a bit stressful clock watching - which took a bit of the joy out of it. I would kindly request the organizers to please considering adding an additional 30 mins to the stop at the waterfalls to really enjoy it. Overall a good experience and would recommend with just this one point to bear in mind.
A very long day, too long a stop in Mostar and not enough time at the waterfalls. If your starting in Cavtat it was a 13 hour day for us starting at 6am.
Great way to see Mostar, Bosnia and the Kravice Waterfalls when you have just a day to tour these areas when in Dubrovnik, small group is a big advantage crossing border!

No fault at all of this activity however bus journey is a long time so be prepared definitely a full day activity and a lot of time spent on the bus
While it was exciting to be able to say we went to Bosnia Herzegovina it was not easy to get through the border...quite time consuming. The van is pretty crowded and tight. There are no complaints regarding the guide, Rosa, or the driver, but Mostar itself was a little disappointing. The bridge was nice. The old buildings and Muslim towers are pretty... but in reality it is a complete tourist trap with a million small souvenir shops on both sides of the street. It was a good experience but if you only have time or funds for one major day trip from Dubrovnik I would much rather recommend the day trip to Kotor, Montenegro.
Mostar was amazing - Amer took us all around town, helped us understand what they had gone through, and how they are rebuilding. Then our regular guide and driver took us to Kavice Falls which was so nice. They took great care of us all day. I would recommend this tour to all!
Good experience, made going to Mostar easy without the self travel. All organised and planned, across the border with no issues. Enough time in each location to properly see them. Would recommend for anyone wanting to do a trip to Mostar from Dubrovnik

Adjust your expectations, it was more transportation than an actual tour or a least based on previous day trips I’ve experienced. Mostar was very nice, would have preferred more time there, the waterfalls were incredibly crowded.
We’ve been on a bunch of tours during our European vacation and this one was the best yet. Guide (Ollie) and driver were super friendly. Just the right amount of history and information given about Bosnia and Mostar. Great amount of time given in Mostar to have a short tour, explore, take pictures and have lunch (3 hours). Waterfalls were nice but Mostar was the star of the trip. Such a picturesque little town. Just be sure to bring cash for the town tax (€3 pp + €10 waterfall entrance pp). Missed that but luckily had cash.
Overall an excellent value for money and good trip. Really enjoyed the tour of Mostar- beautiful city. They were good about taking breaks during the long drive too. On the down side, they don’t actually offer hotel pick up for most guests. I received an email 30sec after booking that said because of the roads they couldn’t actually offer hotel pickup and that I had to make my way to Pile gate by 6:20am (a 50min walk from my hotel). However we spent the first hour of the tour picking other guests up at seemingly random locations around Dubrovnik. One of them was only 5min from my hotel. Would have loved to have been picked up there but they didn’t offer it to me…
A very well organised and run interesting trip. The lovely young tour guide was amazing providing all the requirements and gave us a great historical background to the region. She also was extremely funny and had everybody in great humour.

Bosnia & Herzegovina was alright. Mostar is really only the bridge and the recent history. Kravice Falls are ok.
The guide Carmella, the bus driver and the bus were all quite nice. Carmella did a wonderful job of navigating us through the border quickly and explaining sites along the way. Mostar was especially beautiful and the local guide was quite entertaining. The Kravice falls were amazing. All in all a very nice day trip.

We booked this trip fairly last minute (night before), so we knew it probably wasn’t the best available. It’s an early departure, which is good - you beat the other tours to the border. The border crossings can take a long time, from what I’ve read, thankfully ours wasn’t too bad. It was such an early start, we didn’t have time for breakfast, so the quick stop on the Bosnian side after the border checkpoint was a chance to grab a quick coffee and donut. If you’re someone that requires breakfast or coffee first thing, plan ahead!
The scenery was beautiful along the coast, but not that great inland, until you get to the valley that Mostar is in. It’s quite striking from a distance.
When we got to Mostar, the local guide was OKAY. His English was good and he’s passionate about his hometown, but I already know about the war in the 90s. It’s fine to give an overview, but I would really prefer to know about the older stuff. Talk about pre-Ottoman times. How old are the minarets? That kind of stuff. The bridge was destroyed in the war and rebuilt, but the surface is now polished limestone and if it was wet, I would be very careful walking on it! The town is a choke point with multiple street vendors, crowds and panhandlers (something that was completely absent in Dubrovnik!). I was ready to leave at the appointed time.
The waterfalls are pretty and a nice break. We really enjoyed meeting other couples from around the world - this was our favorite part!
The good: our young female guide was energetic and fun! She had fairly good English and we appreciated the efforts she put in. The driver was pretty good, although there were a couple of moments…… The local guide needs to move on from the war story. We get it! I hate to sound callous, but Mostar is on the UNESCO list for its ancient history, not the 90s war. He was a nice guy and I understand how the war had profoundly impacted him and the local community, but you need to change the script now.

Worth the smaller tour group size as time to get through border controls is much shorter.
Mostar was definitely worth a visit and cheap to buy any souvenir's. Well worth the time it takes to get there and back!

Excellent day trip. When we arrived in Mostar, we were met by a local tour guide who took us on a 40min walk through the beautiful old town, over the famous bridge and pointed out some mosques and restaurants worth visiting for lunch (which we did!) - try the sausages if you get the chance. Then it was over to Kravice park to see the waterfalls. They're absolutely stunning but the park was packed with tourist groups so not the most tranquil but worth a stop nonetheless. Its about a 10 min walk down some steep steps to get to the waterfalls, or you can hop on the street train to take you down for €1. We walked down then got the train back up. Between stops our guide Rosa gave lots of interesting facts about Bosnia and Herzegovina. Highly recommend this trip!
It is a lot of time driving but that can’t be helped. Very comfortable mini bus with a great driver. Guide on the bus was great. Talked just enough to give us interesting and useful information but also gave us quiet time. Only issue was so little time in Mostar. By the time we were done with our free guided tour (about 20 minutes and very informative and enjoyable) only left us about 1 1/2 hours to do a little shopping and a very quick lunch. Would have liked more time there. Falls were better than I expected, it’s a really pretty sight. But could have shaved a 1/2 hour off there and used it in Mostar. Could have stops there and back for needed bathroom breaks. Would recommend
