Great cruise excursion
This is an awesome deal. Same thing you can get through the cruise at a fraction of the price. Waterfalls are beautiful and you can walk through beautiful stretches of water with cliffs on either side of you. Many opportunities to take your own photos. Lunch was so tasty, and communication from the company was great. We booked only a few days out and didn’t have internet on the ship, so we were a little worried about knowing where to go and when. But the info they messaged was super easy to follow and they accommodated the ship pull in time with no problem. Highly recommend

HIghlight of our Trip
This was by far the highlight of our visit to Punta Cana. The trip was well organized, staff were all very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Lunch was simple but fresh and delicious. Kids absolutely loved it. Water was really cloudy with minimal visibility due to the sargassum and the guides kept apologizing profusely even though there was nothing they could have done about it. They still made it a really fun day.

Excellent tour.
Pickup was from the security gate of our resort, one hour before the booking time. It was easy to just request our resort to get us a golf cart to the security gate.
The drive to the location was in a comfortable air conditioned van.
At the site we got Alexis who was an excellent tour guide. Very helpful and a lot of fun.
We brought a scarf and goggles, and wore water shoes and a bathing suit for the whole day. This prevented us having to buy a scarf.
The coffee making stop was informative. The prices for products were very high.
The cenote stop was great. I advise you to jump in and use the rope to easily climb out. This is not challenging at all but you should be able to tread water for about 20-30s. If you cannot then rent a lifevest.
The beach was beautiful and seaweed free. Spent 40 min at the beach and about 25-30 min at the other stops. The ATV’s were great and a fun ride.
Excellent value for the cost. I highly recommend this tour.

1000/10 experience!! We...
1000/10 experience!! We received transportation from our resort to the island. Check in was smooth with your barcode or first and last name from booking. Our resort told us to only book through them for safety, but there was no safety concerns whatsoever so ever. Biggest downfall was waiting a while to get on the boat that could have been spent in the water. Music, premixed drinks( no shots or well drinks included), vibes, people, and crowd was great. Tip the bartender because there is usually just one person behind the bar pouring all the drinks. We got out of the water and were able to mingle with other party boats. Probably the best excursion I’ve been on!

El Dorado Water Park
I had an excellent time at El Dorado Water Park in Punta Cana. The park was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great variety of attractions for both relaxation and excitement. The slides were thrilling, the lazy river was perfect for unwinding, and there were plenty of areas to just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It can be a little confusion because most of the workers does not speak English,
Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend El Dorado Water Park to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

Monkeyland in Puerto Plata, D.R.
Visiting Monkeyland in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic was one of the absolute highlights of our trip! It’s such a unique, interactive experience—especially if you love animals. The squirrel monkeys are incredibly friendly and will climb right onto your shoulders, arms, and even your head if you let them! It felt surreal having them gently take food right out of our hands. The staff was knowledgeable and guided us the entire time, making sure both the guests and the monkeys were safe and comfortable.

Incredible Experience
I went into this experience expecting some fun snorkeling and a lunch. It was so much more. After our guide Jorge got us onto the boat he introduced the crew and the experience began. There was music and drinks and everyone was laughing and joking. We got to the first snorkeling area and there were so many fish, they do bait some to give you a more up close experience, but there are a ton of fish anyways. Then we got back on the boat and went to a beach on an island where they opened up coconuts on the beach and made drinks. Then we moved on to another snorkeling area and ate lunch on the boat. It was delicious! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants not only snorkeling but an interactive and entertaining day with wonderful people. I will be doing this trip again next time I am here. Absolutely incredible!

Epic Adventure! Panda saved the day after a pickup hiccup. ATVs, Cenote, Beach Lunch, & amazing local coffee/chocolate!
We had a bit of a stressful start to our morning. We were scheduled for an 8:25 AM pickup, but the driver didn’t find us in the lobby and left. However, the company handled the situation professionally and promptly rescheduled us for the 11:20 AM tour the same day. We were so relieved they could fit us in so quickly!
Once we got to the site, our guide Panda took over and he was absolute magic. His energy is infectious and he made sure everyone was having a blast from start to finish. It had rained earlier, which made the trails nice and muddy—perfect for ATV riding—but the weather was beautiful while we were out.
The Highlights:
The Cenote: We stopped at a breathtaking cave cenote. Jumping into the crystal-clear water was so refreshing!
Local Flavors: we tried authentic Dominican chocolate and coffee, which were both excellent, plus a taste of Mama Juana.
The Beach: Our last stop was a beautiful beach for a swim and some relaxation.
Important Tips for Future Riders:
Bring Extra Cash: This is my biggest piece of advice! Lunch at the beach is available to purchase and is not included in the tour price. Also, I really regretted not bringing more cash for tips. The guides like Panda work so hard (especially fixing our pickup issue), so come prepared to show them some love!
Gear: Bring towels and a waterproof/dustproof bag for your phone. You will get muddy, and you'll want dry things for the beach.
Despite the early morning hiccup, this turned into a 5-star day. If you’re looking for a real Dominican adventure, ask for Panda!

Saona Island with Quetzal
It was an amazing tour from start to finish. Service was offered fluently in English, French, Spanish. We had zero issues with any aspects of coordinating transportation to and from our hotel. It was all done for us. We just had to show up at our hotel gate. The boat was perfect. There were only 26 participants in the tour with ample room to spread out and make yourself comfortable. I struggle with neck and back issues, and had no difficulty tolerating the catamaran ride. There is a full washroom on board. The snacks and meal were fantastic. Unlimited rum and beer/ beverages all day. Saona island was stunning. We had a great massage on the beach. We only wish we would’ve had a little more cash on us so we could’ve indulged in a longer treatment. The price of the massage ranged from $50-$90 per person. Everything was well organized. We felt safe and well taken care of all day long. We made many new friends from all around the world. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to journey to Saona island.

10 out of 10 definitely recommend we would do it again
It was a great way to start off our vacation, pros: great way to meet new people ( all ages and ethnicities were on board), communication was good between myself and company, staff was nice, helpful & attentive, music selection was good( mix between American hiphop, reggae , Caribbean, etc.) Price for the excursion was good for the experience. Stayed a while in the last location where the turn up really happened.
Cons: unless you have water shoes all shoes are removed ( so basically majority of people were barefoot on the boat) drinks were watered down however they were unlimited so you will eventually start to feel it. ( premium liquor is a surcharge but thats not a con just FYI, rum and vodka, water & spirits unlimited). As far as food after all that liquor fruit is the only thing served( & the fruit wasnt fresh tasted spoilage, however, there is people selling food on the water between $20-$40), you do have the option to snorkel but only for 15-20min .
Recommendations:( as a customer) bring water shoes,
Would we do it over again yes 100 times over.

This excursion is a must!!!!
We booked the nine hour excursion. It was a beautiful day and the boat ride was very enjoyable. They had lots of snacks and sandwiches on the boat for us. Guy and Carlos were great. Unfortunately, the fish weren’t biting, but we were still able to catch 3 barracudas. They were very accommodating and made sure we had a great time.
