What are people saying about Dominican Republic

Macass_D, May 2026
Exceptional
This tour exceeded my expectations. I actually booked the tour strictly because they went to a cigar factory. I knew they were going to other places, but I thought it would be quick stops with slight information, but it was really in-depth and felt like we were outside all day going to different parts of cities learning about Dominican farming and culture. I had so much fun and I have no complaints at all.

Awesome little culturally tour
Althought slightly longer then advertised is a whistle stop tour of Dominican Republic treasures outside of the resort setting. Teo was our guide and provided an informative narrative with interesting and at times funny tid bits. Would definitely advise anyone to take this as it's amazing (and get Teo as your guide as it will be even better)

Worth it!! Had a great time
It was a great experience! We were on a cruise and booked it the day before. I by accident made the reservation for the wrong day and they were accommodating. Moved me to the right date with no issue. We booked for the waterfalls but due to the rain it was closed so we did the buggy adventure. SO MUCH FUN!! We stopped at a local cigar / chocolate factory where they gave us free cigars to try, and then to a secluded beach. Also had included lunch which was delicious. Would definitely reccomend booking with DR tours, all the tour guides were helpful and kind.

Long day out but honestly worth it
Booked the small group trip but we were upgraded to private tour which was fantastic as we had our own driver and tour guide so we were able to make excellent use of time and got chance to do all the attractions. Lunch was included, again this was great. Thanks so much for a fantastic historical day out
