Marlene was our tour guide and she was GREAT!!!! She was very knowledgeable, informative, conversational and patient. Her tours are private with just your group and you will not feel rushed. She took lots of pictures and when asked she took us to a souvenir shop and to a grocery store. If you are having a hard time deciding which tour company to use CHOOSE THIS ONE because you will not be disappointed!!!

Marlene was absolutely amazing! I had such a wonderful experience with her during my zip lining, hot springs, and horseback riding tour. It ended up being just the two of us, which made the entire day feel like such a personalized and special experience.
She is so fun, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Costa Rica, its nature, and animals. I learned so much from her throughout the day! She also took incredible photos and videos of me, so I could fully enjoy every activity without worrying about capturing the moment myself.
One of my favorite unexpected treats was learning about Costa Rican coffee beans, the different flavors, and the coffee-making process. Marlene made every part of the experience interesting and memorable.
From the adventure and beautiful scenery to the animals, hot springs, horseback riding, and coffee experience, it was such a perfect day. Marlene truly made me feel like I was exploring Costa Rica with a friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Costa Rica and looking for a fun, authentic, and personalized experience! 🇨🇷☕️🐴🌿

This was the most amazing day. We loved every minute of the experience. Our guide was amazing from the moment she picked us up until the second she dropped us back at our hotel. So many great experiencesz wildlife, culture, adventure, relaxation and more.

Everything about this experience was amazing! Definitely book if you're looking for a taste of everything and don't have much time.
I can't say enough about how wonderful Marlena is. She's very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and made the experience for me and my girlfriend something we will never forget.
We ended up leaving an expensive bag of makeup & a polaroid camera behind and she made the effort to make sure we got the items back before we headed back home.

We had a private tour. Marlena was excellent! She made sure we got the most out of our adventure. It was an 8 hour packed day. The only downside were the roads, so bumpy.

It was a wonderful day with Marlene as my tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about all sorts of topics, planned the activities well based on my preferences (I got lucky with a private tour), & it was fun, active but not rushed / tiring at all. We started just past 8 & got back to my hotel around 4:30. Lunch was delicious too. I packed water shoes & extra shorts for the slide but everything else was provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was just my daughter and I. We got lucky because it was just the 2 of us, so we had a driver and guide all to ourselves. It was fun and very hands-on. We loved our tour guide, Marlene. She was professional and fun. We both recommend this tour.

We had a great time on this excursion. Walter did an excellent job with the Costa Rican history and he is very passionate about his job. The excursion itself was very well planned out, we did 4 different activities and lunch during the one day. I would recommend this excursion for anyone looking for an adventure in Costa Rica. The driver, Carla did an excellent job getting us back to our resort in a timely manner even with traffic and bumpy roads. You guys made our trip memorable!

Everything was great! Even in the pouring rain we got a taste of Costa Rica jungle, wild life, hot springs, zip lining, horse back riding and the water slide was everyone’s favorite. Our guide and driver were incredibly friendly and made our experience very memorable!

I traveled with my 16 year old grand daughter and a friend’s family. This tour was spectacular for us all! We did horse riding, hanging bridges, zip lines (7), lunch, cultural demos, water slide, hot springs, mud bath, in that order. Marlene, our guide, was fantastic - she was well informed and kept us engaged during our drives, she organized activities in ways to avoid and minimize waiting times in between and shepherded us safely through all the activities, while providing adequate time for each. She was cheerful throughout and deserves a special shout out! All the staff for the different activities were friendly and made us feel safe. Many of us did activities for the first time, but enjoyed every one of them. The horse riding was my first and my horse had his or her own mind and I was able to enjoy the quirks while happy to sit tight. The 16 hanging bridges were challenging but the monkeys and birds we saw on the way kept us distracted. The zip lines offered beautiful views of the terrain. The water slide was the scariest for me, but I wouldn’t have missed it for anything! It is the longest I’ve done! The buffet lunch is a great spread, with veggie options, and tasty. The hot springs were very relaxing and completed an adventurous and fun filled day. This tour is superbly organized and packs in a lot in the 7-8 hours excluding the pick up/ drop drives. I would highly recommend it!

We had an absolute blast on this tour! 10/10 recommend for anyone thinking about it! You get so much out of the tour in one day. Marlene was our tour guide and I cannot express how great she is! She is so knowledgeable, friendly and all around fantastic! You will not be disappointed in this tour!

My tour bus never showed and they never explained why and refused a refund. They never answered thier phone so my hotel put me on a different tour and had a horrible experience. Should have stayed at the hotel. I even paid more than the other tours.

good Morning, first at all, this do not sound like something that happened with Us. Any mistake is something that we fix in the moment.
Probably you are confusing the travel agencies, if the hotel found a solution for you, is only because you booked with them I am sure you were not extra charge for "their to put you in a different tour".
It is normal when you book a tour with viator, that you mix the local companies.
You booked a tour with us indeed, and we have beautiful pictures of you enjoying and having fun with our guide and other travelers.

Frander & our driver (forgot his name) were amazing! We had such a great time and they did a great job informing us of the sequence of the excursions. The ziplining views were crazy & horseback riding was fun. I loved learning about the Costa Rican culture and the buffet food was 10/10. The hot springs were very relaxing. What a day! Something for everyone. We enjoyed each activity, our favourite was the horse riding and seeing the nature in the rainforest. Our guide was wonderful, she gave us the full Costa Rican experience. Very well organised and great value for money.

Our tour guide was fun and knew the ins and outs of the tour. She set up the tour so we never had to worry about whether the rain would affect the tour. She’s amazing and our group was fantastic. The water slide was amazing and the hot springs with the mud bath. I’m not a fan of zipline but it was good. The horseback riding was great. I enjoyed everything. Someone in our group was celebrating a birthday and she made it special. She went out of way and beyond making sure that we all had fun.

It was a great tour, and Jimmy and Juan were the best.
My only complaint would be we had to pay 120.00 transportation fee, on top of the almost $1000.00 excursion cost. There were 6 of us. Was also I lot further then they had told us.

Unfortunately you book online with a third american company what is good for your safety for all the insurances but extra fees (23%of your original payment to be exactly is not for us) your extra $120 is actually $60 each way from your hotel to Liberia (1.5 hours away) -just $10 each person each way in private hotel connection...
We really enjoyed our time on the zip lines and at the hot springs. Marlene was excellent and was able to shuffle around the times of the activities to avoid pretty much any waiting which was great because there were about 100 other people there and we didn't get caught up behind them. This was a great time experiencing almost everything at the eco park (we opted out of the waterfall hike). Definitely worth it, as a group of 4 we had private transportation and the guidance of an experienced guide.

As a solo traveler I was a bit concerned at first not knowing how this was going to turn out. Let me tell you right now it was AMAZING!! Marlen was my tour guide and she was very engaging and made sure I was able to connect with the group I was with. She did all the activities with us except the water ones of course but she was there every step of the way ensuring that we were having a great time. SHE WAS THE PHOTOGRAPHER I KNOW AS SHE ENSURES THAT WE GOT ALL THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS WE NEEDED AND SHE EVEN TELLS YOU HOW TO POSE TO GET YOUR BEST ANGLE! During this trip we experienced a lot from hanging bridges, to zip lining, to horse back riding, to water sliding, to coffee tasting, and mud baths with hot springs! We were able to see I believe 3 different types of monkeys, a Tucan, big iguanas/lizards along with lots of leaf cutting ants, and even got to experience eating a termite 😂😂. I loved everything and would definitely do it again with the same tour guide! Marlen really enjoys this and you can tell by the energy she brings to the table. Muchas Gracias!!

The water slide was a bit much. Almost flipped out but as you can see I survived. This entire excursion was great. Friendlier our tour guide was excellent. This excursion offers a lot all in the same place. If you have a short amount of time in Costa Rica. 10 out of 10 will recommend.
