Luis was great. Humorous and informative. He even stopped for us to get a snack as they had run out of meals on the plane down.

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and needed transportation from the airport to our hotel which was almost 2 hours away. They picked us up promptly giving us a text of our driver’s name and phone number. I confirmed the ride back and they provided the same info to us. We were very pleased with the service they provided.

Prompt and professional drivers with comfortable vans. Our driver kindly offered to stop at a market for us to pick up snacks and drinks on our way to the resort. I was nervous to use an outside vendor, but the transfer offered by the hotel was so much more expensive.

This was such an easy experience. As soon as we exited LIR airport, our driver was waiting for us with our name on a sign. Van was nice and cool in the Costa Rican heat. We used this same service on our return to LIR and the driver arrived on time and off we went. We had to change my husband's departure date and it was not a problem. Company was easy to contact for changes. Definitely recommend using this reputable company.

Although it was not offered on the Viator site Viator called the service provided to see if they would provide return shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, which they were happy to provide. We received an email with instructions including the pickup time for the hotel. There were several construction sites between our hotel and the airport so we sent an email the day before and requested if possible to be picked up 30 minutes earlier. The company responded and said they would have the driver there at the new time. The driver was actually there 15 minutes earlier that our updated time so we had plenty of time to get through customs and security, As with our transfer from the hotel to the airport, our driver spoke excellent English, and was a very good driver. Would highly recommend this company for transfers to and from the airport and the JW Marriott.

This was a great shuttle service. When we got there the airport lobby area and outside were packed with various companies all with signs to pick up people. The driver was dressed in a maroon shirt that was easy to find in the sea of white shirts. Our drove spoke excellent English, was a very good driver, and he even offered to stop at a grocery store if we wanted to pick up anything.
