A Must-Do Tour in Colombia for Families and others
I purchase a tour package from this company in July 9, 2026. This was my first time taking a tour with then, and I have to say the experience was outstanding from beginning to end.
This was a wonderful family experience. On this trip to Colombia, I brought my mother-in-law and my niece so they could discover the country with me and my wife, and they were absolutely delighted with the tour. It created memories that we will cherish for years to come.
Our guide, Juan Carlos, was exceptional. I would highly recommend this tour with him to anyone. He is truly professional, completely customer-focused, and very transparent about every aspect of the service provided.
As for Víctor, our driver, he was excellent. He drove very carefully and responsibly throughout the entire trip. At no point did I feel there was any unsafe or careless driving. On the contrary, he added tremendous value to the experience by ensuring that those who were unable to do the walk around the lake could still learn about the history of the area and fully enjoy the tour.
I strongly recommend this tour package to anyone visiting Colombia. It offers an excellent balance of sightseeing, history, comfort, and outstanding customer service.
I am truly grateful to this team for making our family tour an unforgettable experience.
Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

Beautiful islands. Delicious Lunch. Strong drinks
Viator said the muelle fee was 34,500 COP and some dude with a fanny pack and a 3 Islas Polo charged us 41,500. Said something about taxes.
The ride was short and sweet to all 3 Islands. The water was as beautiful as the pictures. The ride back on the boat was rough. DON'T SIT IN THE FRONT, LOL!
The fresh fried fish was soo good. Coconut rice.....o.....m.....g!

Nice Tour
The Salt Cathedral is simply wonderful. Its architecture is incredible, with many fascinating details to explore. I highly recommend this tour! Guide was very cool and really knows the place and history behind it.
Nice lunch after tour on a Local Colombian restaurant!

Book it!
It rained like the world was ending at the beginning of our tour and all day long. Leis and Miguel were amazing and we partied in the rain anyways. They explained everything really well and they are both so much fun and engaging! Really glad we went anyways even w/ the weather.

10/10 would recommend
Amaaaazing experience! Sebastian and Gurri were so kind and knowledgeable. The timing was impeccable and snacks were provided which was a nice plus. The hike was beautiful and I was able to ask all my annoying questions about random plants and animals I saw with full support! Would definitely recommend to all level hikers so long as you can walk for long periods of time and on different levels of elevation. Of course there are lots of rocks, so that’s something to consider with mobility too.

Best Guatape Tour
Perfect tour and GREAT tour guide.
We have done this tour in a group as well as this private service. If you want the BEST tour service to The Big Rock, this private tour is the best you will find. From pick up ti drop off, EVERYTHING was top notch!! Get ahead of the crowds and enjoy everything that comes with touring in private 😉

Guatape tour... A must do!
Everything about this tour was great! Experiencing the different foods, the tour guide, the stops, boat ride, lunch was great and the cheese and guava sauce. We are still talking about this. Guatape is beautiful, but Columbia and it's people and culture is amazing!

Escobar
We had the BEST experience with Alejandro. I was curious what Escobar story we would hear after hearing so many viewpoints. However, Alejandro knew the history inside and out and with great passion! For our own reasons along with his we knew he was speaking truth! We enjoyed the museum where we met Escobar's niece who was super friendly and enjoyed all it had to offer. We then went across for a water/beer with our group. Buses were air conditioned and comfortable. We then headed to the cemetery and wall. Excellent tour whether you hate, like, or don't care about him personally it's still the history of Medellin and was nice to learn more about it. Highly recommend!

Fast and fun
Really exciting. Got there a half hour early. And met our Tour Guide Jamie. Fantastic and polite young man. Who spoke good English. Had breakfast and lunch. Very good menu . Long day we'll worth it. The speed boat were very fast. So be prepared. Left on time and returned on time. Jamie really out did him self. Thanks again Viator. Great choice.

Esteban and Alfonso were...
Esteban and Alfonso were excellent guides for this tour. They were very knowledgeable and ensured that everything was well-executed. The visits to Guatavita and Guatavita Lagoon were beautiful, providing great cultural context for the region. We had visited the Museo del Oro the day prior, so everything tied in well. Lunch in Zipaquirá was at a nice restaurant and consisted of a tasty traditional Colombian plate. The subsequent visit to Catedral de Sal was incredible. We had plenty of time to explore the beautiful chambers and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

When in Bogota do this trip!
First of all I want to thank our driver Christian for driving us safely to every location and our guide Sergio who is fun and ready to answer every question. The trip was very good and gave us enough time to experience every location, which Sergio giving us solid information at every step. I went here solo, but didn't feel solo at all. Highly recommended.

My experience
The experience was good but be prepared that even if you are not getting into the waterfall you will need to wear water shoes. Depending on your guide you will need to walk through water at different times in the day. People had to constantly take off their socks and shoes and put them back on. I think our guide took us a different path and we walked a lot through the jungle so be prepared for a bit of walking. Also bring snacks we did not eat lunch until 3pm and we were all starving. Also the cacao experience you don’t really make your own chocolate bar so don’t think you will be getting a full chocolate bar it is more of a small ball. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend.
