Although it’s an early start, the tour is a great way to see the Forbidden Palace, Tiananmen Square and the most amazing Great Wall experience! O wonder is a wonder of the world. Very special visit. Our guide Lucy was very helpful, always offering insightful knowledge and I learnt many things I would not have otherwise. The toboggan ride down from the Great Wall walk was a lot of fun and highly recommended. The Tea Ceremony was ‘added’ to the trip by Lucy with no charge, although you have the option to buy tea, (I assume is the point of the free added inclusion) you are not obligated to. Great day, highly recommended way to see the magnificent sites which may have otherwise been hard to navigate. Thanks Lucy!

One Of The Best Tours in Beijing — Lili is Incredible!

If you’re visiting Beijing, do not skip the Mutianyu Great Wall private tour. The section itself is stunning — sweeping views, beautiful towers, and far fewer crowds than other sections. But what truly made this experience special was our guide, Lili. Her knowledge of the Wall’s history is impressive, her English is excellent, and her warmth made the whole day feel effortless. Wild wet windy day !

Neo, our guide was fantastic ! The weather did not play ball and was absolutely awful ! Neo was the true professional, keeping us informed and entertained with his great commentary and knowledge. Murphy is a great tour guide

This was a 7am-7pm tour. Murphy was an excellent tour guide. He gave a lot of information about the Tiananmen Square and the history of the Forbidden City. The Great Wall experience speaks for itself. I’d also like to add, the Lunch Buffet was very tasty. The Tea tasting ceremony was interesting, and so was seeing all the jade jewelry and figures.

Great experience

Maggie was a fantastic tour guide! She was incredibly nice and shared a lot of information about the history of the Great Wall, Beijing, and China throughout the day. I highly recommend getting there as early as possible to beat the crowds and to enjoy the views in peace. Taking the toboggan down was so much fun. After the Wall, we were taken to a tea ceremony, which was a good cultural experience, though it is worth noting that the shop staff can be very persistent with their sales pitches after the ceremony.

It was a great tour with a friendly group and fantastic tour guide Eva! Eva was super nice, she texted me the day before to confirm I am attending and introduced herself. The tour included pickups from different hotels, a private bus, Crystal Cabin ride (avoiding queues), a boat ride, and a delicious lunch with local Cantonese food. We also walked to the Big Buddha and shopped in very unique souvenir shops, recommended by our tour guide as well. Eva has years of experience in Hong Kong tours, she shared lots of interesting facts, and knew all the best photo spots. Highly recommend the tour and the guide!
