Anyone new to Hong Kong will enjoy the tour. Anna, our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. A lot of walking up and down.Could have omitted the prison and the jewelry store.

This was a great tour. Except the guide needed to communicate timings better. The group was also too large we prefer smaller groups. Visiting the Jewellery factory was disappointing as this wasn’t made clear when booking and it’s a con.

Ben was a great guide and made sure we hit the main sites as promised. The tour was well paced- some walking, some steps but nothing over the top. Dim sum was a great way to end the day. The tour does not return to the starting point but Ben was able to assist with advice regarding transport home.

This tour had good options. However,
our specific tour guide was poor. She consistently sped in front of the group while turning corners. We kept having to search for her. Additionally, most guide hails a large flag or circle on a stick above their heads to easily find them. Our guide had this tin little finger thing which was hardly visible. I’ll attach the phots. On top of that, she didn’t allow us sufficient bathroom breaks.

Top 6 hour tour of Honkers. Nothing to dislike on this tour. Peak Tram, food market, worlds longest travelator, buddist temple, harbour cruise and sumptious dim sum to finish it off. Ken (not his real name) or local guide was amazing.

This is not a top rated excursion. The tour guide (Carol) should have set expectations at the beginning of the tour when all guests were seated in the motor coach. Many of the guests kept switching seats at various points which led to confusion and delay. Also at the dim sum restaurant our table of two was consistently overlooked and had to tell Carol this. We did eventually get our food after multiple requests!

gL tours are very organized. There was a glitch with the tram in the morning and they very quickly adapted to drive us up to the peak. By the time we were ready to leave, we were able to take the tram down. The lunch was very substantial, although it was later in the day and we were very hungry. Only con was the mandatory visit to a jewellery store before lunch.

We had a great day out with Jackie our tour guide. He was so efficient and knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to know in a humorous and friendly way. The Peak Tram ride was awesome, dim sum lunch was delicious and very filling. With a short time in Hong Kong this was really worthwhile trip.

Went to a lot of great places. Going on the tram was fabulous….beautiful clear skies. And our tour guide Ben was awesome
Ended night with a 10 course Chinese meal.

Ricky was great, the tour was very good the only disappointment was the dinner it was very rushed they kept bringing the different dishes so fast that by the time you ate them they were cold. My husband is vegetarian we had requested vegetarian dishes they did not bring his food until pretty much we were done with ours. There is now way this restaurant was at one point a Michelin star restaurant.

The guide struggled with English and didn’t really outline what the plan was. I felt like she (Carol) was either new or just didn’t have a handle on the history of culture of this exciting place.

Great insightful day to Hong Kong, highly recommended as not easy to know where to go as not a natural tourist type location - tour guide (Jacky (make)) was absolutely brilliant (the harbour cruise part was underwhelming, but the rest of the day excellent)

Disappointed when we got on the tour and he announced we were not going up the peak tram as it sounded it was closed that day for schedule maintenance. No discount offered as we took the bus up instead. I got the feeling they knew ahead of time it was closed. They should have let us know as if there was room we would have booked a different day .
Commentary by Jason was difficult to understand due to his accent . Others in our party had the same issue.
On Hong Kong island we we along the Din Din street car but he made no comment on it.
Thought the discretion of what we were seeing could have been better. Lots of quiet times .

Jack, our tour guide, was just a mess. He was so disorganized. He was always behind schedule. He brought us to stops that were not listed such as a jewelry exchange, and really terrible souvenir shop when we asked him how long to the next stop he was highly inaccurate in his answers, and we were significantly behind in the itinerary. As a matter of fact, he had to cancel the last one or two items on the tour. Dim sum was supposed to be included in our tour, but we were never able to get that in the schedule. And the time had lapsed for our available tour. It was just a complete shamble.
We are often satisfied with Viator tours however this one was way off the scale as poor

Discover some interesting parts of HK great having an earpiece for the commentary.
Disappointed with the stop at the gold shop with a hard sell and not easy to leave the shop.

Keep an eye on guide on mid-level escalator. Our guide made a turn and half of our group (14/31) did not see him. We were lost and had to call tour company to rejoin guide.
