It's an excellent and informative tour. Everything went as expected from Tony who picked is up and Cisco who provided a full, comprehensive and humorous guide and service in Macao. The tour is very expensive and could be done at a fraction of the price if you have the time and confidence to plan it out yourself. We were extremely happy and do recommend both this tour and visiting Macao whilst in Hong Kong. If the tour was substantially cheaper a five star review would have been submitted.

This tour is a long day with many moving parts.
Going through customs 4 time can be tiring but it is all part of the experience.
The hostess and tour guide were fantastic and made everything seamless.

Outstanding tour of Macau by our Viator guide Cisco and his driver. Cisco shared much information about Macau throughout the tour, including its history through the centuries; its architecture; its leaders; its landmarks; the development of the casino business, and its owners and workers; and modern day life and daily interaction between Macau an SAR and its neighbor city in China, across the Pearl River. Too much emphasis on gambling. In past tour invluded the Macau Tower with lunch at the top. This trip lunch at base with no oppertunity to go up the tower. Why a stop at souvenir shop or at egg tart and ice cream parlour, why go in the Venetian? Better time would have been to walk around old Macau, visit Monte Fort and possibly the Mueseum. Tour focused more on getting money spent in certain shops etc. Not good value for money.

Please note that our tour did not arrange buffet lunch at the Cafe 360, Macau Tower in the past. You mentioned the stops at the Monte Fort and Museum are not listed in the itinerary of our tour. A short visit at the Venetian Macau is a stop as described in the itinerary and therefore our tour guide must all to our customers as per the itinerary.
Our goal is always to provide a balanced mix of culture, history, and modern highlights. Please book a private tour and we are sure we will provide a good itinerary and enjoy next trip in Macau. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Very well organized from start to finish! Everything was thoughtfully arranged and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We had an assigned tour guide in Hong Kong who picked us up directly from our hotel, guided us to the bus for Macau, and made sure we were properly handed off to our tour guide once we arrived in Macau. We never had to worry about where to go or what to do next.
We had a wonderful time exploring Macau and learning about its fascinating history, culture, and heritage. Our guide, Cisco, was very knowledgeable, informative, and engaging. He did a great job explaining the history behind the places we visited and made the tour much more meaningful rather than simply being a sightseeing trip.
The entire experience was seamless, informative, and definitely something we will remember. If you're visiting Hong Kong, I highly recommend taking the time to do this Macau tour. Don't skip it—you'll be glad you went!

A well organised and run tour.
BUT there were three on the tour two got picked up one didn’t. We get to Macau the guide meets us lovely bloke but didn’t have a clue he made it up as he went along. Show some respect know your stuff. On the way back we get picked up from the bus station and I get dropped at the ferry terminal to walk. My hotel was five minutes drive. I’m 72 years old No tip was offered

Recommend this tour if you have limited time to spend in Macau and wanted to get a favour of the country.
Our guide Cisco was excellent in telling us stories and history about the places we had visited.
Especially the drive, seeing the different casinos and some of the feng shui principles of the Chinese casinos, before going into the Venetian Casino as our final stop.
Being a smaller group (there was only 5 of us) Cisco was able to spend more time in answering questions the group had.
The included buffet lunch was excellent at the Metropark Hotel, however it seems to be the main place for other tour companies to bring their groups for lunch.

Excellent organization. Time well spent. Recommend letting people know ahead of time that there is a one hour walk. Cisco and Yvonne were fantastic. Food was ok and is the only reason why I gave it a 4 star review.

The day trip to Macau was great! The communication and support from our guides and bus driver were spot on. Yvonne, Cisco, and driver King made the day! The transportation was comfortable from the buses to the ferry. We learned about the history and current day of Macau. If you have time for a full day tour, definitely recommend!

This an excellent hassle free experience day tour from HK to Macau. An excellent service and tour guide provided from HK side (Yvonne) and Macau side (Cisco). Thank you both! Bus ride through HZM Bridge (55km + 6km underwater tunnel) is great experienced!

Cisco the guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Note to travelers -if you have 2 passports you MUST take the passport you entered Hong Kong with on your tour to Macau. This tripped me up as it was not specified.

The Group was too big - 39 people with 1 guide.
We could not hear him fully and he struggled to keep on top of big group
It was like being on a school trip - no thank you!
Cisco was bossy and direct
He did not offer the chance to go up the Macao Tower despite itinerary detailing as an optional extra
We had to ask - he was not happy about it - but we went with a couple of others who joined us and met up with the others by taxi later
The tour in general was poor
The meeting points and immigration arrangements were done well.

Informative, friendly tour guide. This is not a walking tour apart from a short 500m stroll from St Paul’s through Ladies market. Plenty of stops to take photos and get a feel for the area.Macau
High speed tour of the fascinating city of Macau. Travel by bus and ferry, very comfortable. Lunch was delicious. Tour guides entertaining and knowledgeable and helpful!
Excellent guides Evelyn and Cisco made for a smooth and informative trip. Especially liked the exceptionally long bridge.

A great intro to Macao. I went on a quiet weekend and we had extra time to explore the main attractions of Macao as well as the Venetian
Lots on information, plenty of time at each stop. Cisco, King and Evonne all very knowledgeable. Bus very comfortable.
Terrific itinerary and a fantastic driver (Kan Yeung) and guide (Cisco). Cisco was a fountain of information in terms of history and geography. Be aware that when you go into the old city, there is about an hour of walking on cobblestone streets. It’s a busy but very informative day on a very comfortable bus. You will not be disappointed.
A really great way to get insights into the history and vibrant culture of Macao. Cisco was brilliant - funny, knowledgable, firm, passionate about his city and people. King -our driver - provided much appreciated itinerary modifications to keep us dry a little bit longer. And Yvonne was a great 'trip-mum', making sure our beginning and trip end went smoothly.
