The MUST go on tour in South Africa!!!
Probably the best tour I’ve ever been on. Dennis our tour guide is so amazing and just so knowledgeable. You can visibly see his love for the culinary culture, which is deeply intertwined into the diverse South African history. It is like 2 tours combined into 1 where not only do you get to explore the local cuisine (supporting local businesses and communities) but also learn about the history that has lead to its evolution. I can’t speak highly enough of this tour and it is a must go if you want to truly experience and learn about South Africa. I came out of the tour with deeper understanding and appreciation of the country’s rich history and a motivation to want to learn more and gain deeper insight into perspectives of its people.

More than a wine tasting
This was so much more than a wine tour. Louis and his team were fantastic. Louis gave us so much knowledge about the history of the wine area and then more information on Nelson Mandela and the history of the fight against apartheid. The wine tastings and pairings were great.

Amazing and engaging...
Amazing and engaging experience that exceeded our expectations. The authentic cultural foods paired well with the cultural attire all hosts and staff adorned. Get lost in a evening of live interaction of drummers, dancers, and dinners. A must do experience when in Cape Town.

We had a wonderful...
We had a wonderful experience touring the Cape Town area's magnificent wine regions with our exceptional guide, Joseph. The wines in both regions were delicious -- make sure to leave space in your travel bags to bring some home! They were also plentiful, so we were glad we chose the option to pay as we went, or else we would have certainly had more than we could handle. We enjoyed all the stops for photos, including the brief but exciting ride on the Franschoek wine tram. Along the way we learned so much about not only wine, but Cape Town's history and South African culture from Joseph. He was very charming and smart. We were both amazed by his breadth of knowledge. Thank you Joseph!

Fantastic trip
Table mountain was absolutely stunning well worth aI visit.
The Cape of Good Hope was fantastic too we did the 30 minute walk across from the lighthouse quite easy going until the decent to the car park I don’t like walking down steep steps/slopes.
Bolder beach was good too but far too hot to just stand n look at the penguins.

Delicious South African foods experience
This was a great, authentic South African food tour. Olivia was a wonderful guide providing a lot of interesting information on both the foods, the locations and the history of the area. It I had one complaint, it would be that there was too much food. We went to 4 different locations, each with its own unique vibe and food. We had one person in our group who was lactose intolerant and Victoria made sure that she had appropriate food at each stop. We tried several new foods and wines we had not had before. We walked through Bo- Kaap neighborhood and learned its history. The restaurants we visited were not your usual tourist joints, but local restaurants - without the tourists. Victoria even recommended some other restaurants that we could try. We had dinner at one- that was really delicious. This is a must do in Cape Town if you are into food tours.

City Viewing made Easy
Hop on Hop Off Cape Town City Viewing is must if you are visiting Cape Town for the first time. Did I just say for the first time? Not really. It is also for those who do not intend to hire a vehicle. With the Red Line, Blue Line, Urban Tour and Harbour Cruise, one would have 75% of Cape Town. The good part is that you can make stops and catch the next bus at your own time within the Bus Timetable

It was a comfortable tour...
It was a comfortable tour to visit the wineries near Cape Town. The wine from the winery I visited on the tour was all excellent, and the pairing with cheese was very good. I was satisfied. However, it was not the tour company's fault, but some couples in the same group were late for the pick-up and the whole schedule was delayed. It would be wise to schedule about two hours more than the tour description because the traffic returning to the city from Stellenbosch is terrible.

Great tour with a lot of activities in one day!
Tour was great because it had a lot of other vibe stops beside the main targets of Cape Point and Boulder Beach. The seal island was really cool, the beach stop at the end was great too.
The BoKaap walk could be skipped in my opinion, maybe replace it with the Ostrich farm?
Lovely also that there were absolutely no shopping stops at partner businesses, like some tours use to in other countries.
The guide Noma was great, very nice, informative and patient. Loved that she gave the fitter among us the alternative to walk from the Cape of Good Hope to Cape Point. It was an incredibly beautiful trek which I can only recommend, if you're a bit fit, have trekking shoes and the weather plays nice. The restaurant chosen for lunch had good food and we had enough time to eat.
Tip - take some snacks for the morning. Besides lunch you don't have time to grab anything more than a soda or coffee.

Great experience,...
Great experience, definitely good value for money.
We were taken by Division, Aquilla, and Trevor who were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
We got picked up from the Camps bay stop which was very easy to find.
Beforehand we'd read some reviews that said the tour felt a bit rushed, but we personally felt that we had plenty of time. Although we could imagine that if you had a lot of traffic on the way out then that could give you a lot less time at each stop.
The only very small criticism is that the instructions were a bit unclear as to the end of day drop off - this was provided via the open top Hop on Hop off buses which was very helpful.
Advice for anyone doing the tour:
- Get on at Camps bay if you can, then you get your pick of seat!
- If you have a choice, sit on the left side of the bus at the front upstairs
- The guided hike at Cape point isn't too tough exertionally, but the footing can be a bit unsteady so may not be suitable for all

This was a perfect day...
This was a perfect day with our guide Ebby. He is incredibly knowledgeable on everything from history and culture to flora and fauna. He tailored our experience to make sure we got to see all of the best attractions and even made changes throughout the day to add new items to our itinerary. He was also thoughtful, kind, and a joy to spend the day with. We highly recommend this experience as the best way to explore the Cape Peninsula.

Tastings is a bit of a misnomer. We had 10 full meals or platters at several local eateries. All of the food was sensational. And our tour guide was an obvious local favorite. He was so knowledgeable about both the city and its history. We had a great time.
