Amazing day at the wineries!

They were able to customize our itinerary and made all of the reservations. Alex was a fantastic driver and gave us lots of information about the history of the area. Fairview had a fantastic cheese and wine tasting. Stark Conde might be the most beautiful winery we have ever visited. Waterford had our favorite wines and the chocolate pairing was a great way to end the day!

Charlton took us to the winelands and despite the rainy weather, we had a lovely day. Charlton is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He made reservations for us at a stellar steak house in Stellenbosch called The Fat Butcher- a famous, top rated restaurant. Do not miss the Meerlust wine estate- their Rubicon cabernet blend is one of the top wines of South Africa. Enjoy!

Our guide Ruben was amazing. He shared history of the area and the wines. We loved how he fit right into our group and made up feel very comfortable. We forgot a bottle of wine in his car and he drove it back to our hotel.

Ruben was an excellent guide, friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. He took us to some beautiful and excellent wineries that we'd not visited before, as well as recommending a great spot for lunch in Franschoek. Will definitely book again next time we're in Cape Town!

Wij hadden zelf een programma uitgestippeld en boekten deze tour om te genieten van privé vervoer voor onze eerste dag in Zuid-Afrika. Start op Kaapstad luchthaven en einde bij hotel in Stellenbosch. Onze chauffeur was zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. De Toyota was in perfecte staat en binnen als nieuw. Prima airco en gratis flesjes water. Onderweg kregen we ook interessante uitleg over de streek. Een aanrader. Het was voor ons een unieke dag.
