The wineries we stopped at were unique and had great selections. There is plenty to see and taste, just know your limits and drink plenty of water because you’re stopping in at least 4 places. The tour guide was very helpful and very flexible during the tour. I needed an ATM stop and he knew where to find a safe and reliable stop.

Not a private tour

This was advertised as a private tour but it was a group of eight passengers. The tour guide was definitely not a guide, just a driver! We did see the regions decided but don't pay extra thinking it is private.

Doney was the most amazing host!! I truly wish I had more money for gratuities because she gave me a million dollar experience!!!! I brought my son with me and she ensured that I went to the wine farms that were family friendly! She assisted in helping me order and ensured my son also had an amazing experience!!!! This was byyyyyyyy far the best day of maybe my life thus far!!! She took photos, discussed the land, and helped us pick fruit!!! I mean the day could not have been better!!! I was reluctant to do a wine tasting with my son but I did it anyway… if you are unsure please book with her, I promise you will not be disappointed!!! Oh and I read a lot about the wines not being great… I beg to differ!!! The wines were really good!! I enjoyed myself truly and my son can not stop talking about Nae Nae!!! I feel like we are family at this point!!! If we come back we are definitely doing this again no questions asked!!!!

Our guide opened our eyes to different political situations in Cape Town. She kindly changed the schedule to take us to Ernie Els vineyards at our request. She was also flexible with times when tastings ran over. We had a great day xx

The first and last wine estate. The other wine farm is a let down. Also the guide was suggestive of where we should have lunch as opposed to letting us decide.

Normally, before any guest book, they read the itinerary, and that attracts them to book the tour Regarding the lunch, the guide can only make suggestions. It was an experienced guide that knows the area. The guide did not make the final decision to where you should lunch. The choice was left with you. And on All our group tours, time needs to be respected.
