We had an amazing...
We had an amazing experience! Our guide, Jean, showed up right on time and was extremely knowledgeable- he taught us all so much about the history of Cape Town! He was also very friendly and was always looking for ways to improve our experience. I highly recommend doing this tour with Jean!

Table Top Mountain and Cape Town.
Tye tour was wonderful. Our guide was great and very knowledgeable. He shared much about Cape Town and it's historic. We asked questions and he was patient to answer them. We took a mid day break for lunch and had good fellowship with the other people on tour.
We highly recommend this tour for and a complete positive activity filled say. You will enjoy this one.

Unforgettable Hiking Tour on Lion’s Head – Exceptional Guide & Experience!
I recently completed the Lion’s Head hiking tour in Cape Town and it was hands-down one of the best outdoor experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was outstanding.
The trail itself is spectacular. The panoramic views as you climb are absolutely breathtaking — you get sweeping vistas of Table Mountain, the Atlantic Ocean, Camps Bay, and the city bowl that just keep getting better with every step. The route was challenging enough to feel rewarding but perfectly manageable with good pacing. Our group reached the summit right as the light was golden, and the 360-degree views left everyone speechless.
What truly made this tour exceptional was our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the mountain, the local flora, fauna, and the history of the area. He shared fascinating stories and pointed out things we would have completely missed on our own. But beyond that, he was the most caring and attentive guide I’ve ever encountered. He constantly checked on everyone’s well-being, especially those who were a bit slower or nervous on the steeper sections. His encouragement was genuine and motivating without ever feeling pushy.
The standout moment for me was after we finished the hike. Even though the tour was officially over and we were back at the starting point, our guide stayed with the group until every single person had safely gotten into their ride or Uber. He personally made sure no one was left waiting alone, double-checked that everyone had water and their belongings, and even helped coordinate transport for a couple who had a minor mix-up with their pickup. That level of care and professionalism after the tour ended really impressed all of us.
If you’re visiting Cape Town and considering a hike up Lion’s Head, book this tour without hesitation. Whether you’re an experienced hiker or a first-timer, this guided experience elevates it to something truly memorable and safe. Our guide set the gold standard for what a great tour leader should be.
Highly, highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing day on the mountain!
Would definitely do it again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great half day tour.
Very nice half day tour. Justin our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and kept us informed on what we were seeing around us as we traveled to the different stops. The penguins at Boulders Bay were fun to watch. The Cape of Good Hope was a very beautiful place lots of wildlife (ostrich, baboons, and other animals) were seen along the road as we drove around the park. Chapman drive had some wonderful scenery and the beaches looked amazing.

Do it!!!!
Absolutely worth it! It’s a short ride but felt long enough to get the experience. Highly recommend. The pilots are so kind! PS. Don’t schedule this on your last 1-2 days as the wind determines flight so you may need to reschedule for reasons out of their control!

Amazing and engaging...
Amazing and engaging experience that exceeded our expectations. The authentic cultural foods paired well with the cultural attire all hosts and staff adorned. Get lost in a evening of live interaction of drummers, dancers, and dinners. A must do experience when in Cape Town.

Robben Island
We were on our 2nd day of a cruise. Pick up was offered by the tour operator which we accepted. However the ship is berthed within a 10 minute walk to the start point at the Robben Island Museum. So if you do not have any difficulty with walking I would suggest making your own way there. The trip itself was an excellent experience with an ex prisoner and the ex guard and subsequent good friend of Nelson Mandela were there to tell us about the place.

Dolphins, Seals & Penguins! Great experience…
Amazing experience kayaking with the dolphins (within 5 minutes), seals and even penguins!
Had never kayaked before but felt safe with the team / group and quickly picked it up - the modified boats making it easier to steer and balance… weather will also play a part in this but would trust the teams judgement.
Very relaxed once out at sea and not too strenuous, an absolute must if in Cape Town.

Nay Nay made my day
After missing my original appointment because uh let's call it jet lag. Nay and I rescheduled and immediately I begin to learn about the history and culture of the very roads we were driving. Nay is knowledgeable, articulate, genuine, funny and a pretty good driver and a pretty good photographer. 5 stars would recommend

Brilliantly surreal
It has been a real privilege to get so close to such a beautiful animal. The team at Cheetah Outreach carry out excellent work in protecting these wonderful creatures.
I would also like to give a big thanks to my driver Simba. I found him to be professional, funny and a genuinely interesting person, and I thoroughly enjoyed his company on the road.

A Beautiful Tour and a Great Workout!
It was a fabulous tour. The guide was amazing and the location is breathtaking. It was quite a workout to do the two separate hikes - which are both totally worth it - but make sure you wear tennis shoes or hiking boots and clothes that you can move in. Such a fun tour!

Great workout :)
It was a fun experience and the dunes are gorgeous! We got lucky and the rest of the tour didn’t show up so it was just me and my friend. There were also no other tours around which allowed for a great ‘just us’ experience.
We tried sandboarding as well. It was tough! I do wish thought we could sandboard as part of the ATV experience. We left our bikes and had to walk to and from sandboard place which, in sand and 30C, is not fun.

Cape Town’s coastline, culture, and Table Mountain backdrop make it tempting to stay in the city, but there are a whole host of adventures to be had if you venture out. Whether heading to the Cape of Good Hope or Robben Island, taking a wine tour through Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, or spotting wildlife on safari, it’s all within easy reach. Along with expert guides and entrance fees, many tours include a delicious lunch stop, usually with a view, making Cape Town day trips the ideal way to experience the history, natural wonders, and wildlife reserves of the region.
