What are people saying about Cape Town

Fantastic day trip
On our trip to Cape Town we decided to do a day tour of the Cape and Table Mountain. We were picked up from our apartment by our guide Joseph Tambwe who was great. After a couple more pick ups we headed to Bo Kaap where Joseph explained the history of the area and we had some time to take photos. We then headed to Table Mountain but the weather wasn't great so Joseph said we'll try again at the end of the day and we headed to Camps Bay, Chapman's Peak and Noordhoek Farm Village seeing some incredible scenary on the way through. We then went to the Cape of Good Hope, be prepared for a scramble at the sign for a photo, we just wanted a photo of it but it still took 10 minutes due to quite frankly other people being selfish. From there we headed to Cape Point via an Ostrich Farm, we had quite a lot of time at Cape Point which was really good to explore and take in the rugged coastal scenary. From Cape Point we headed to Boulders Beach to see the Penguins this was very cool as there were so many and they were so close. After enjoying the Penguins it was time to head back to Table Mountain, the conditions had cleared slightly but the Table Cloth was still there, still we enjoyed going up and exploring it in the mist. This tour was honestly great you got to see so much of what is a beautiful part of the world and Joseph was just superb throughout so knowledgable and friendly, we highly recommend this.

Best hike either the best guide (Kurt)!
Kurt was an amazing guide! He’s an incredibly experienced hiker, and he was thoughtful and patient with our group that included different experience levels. We appreciated hearing him tell us about the intricacies of the hike, as well as the history and culture of his country. Kurt made this hike an unforgettable experience! Book with him if you can!

Wonderful day trip
We had a wonderful experience with Rama as our driver/guide. Very professional and accommodating; totally at our own pace and selected spots we wanted to spend more/less time or skip. The views are spectacular and the penguins are so cute and fun to watch. We also learned about history of the Cape along the way. Thanks so much for a great day.

Just the Right Amount of Time
Great tour that focuses on the five star sites (penguins at Boulder Beach) and Cape of Good Hope without the fluff that many tours offer. Our guide/driver, Gordon, was excellent. He provided us excellent information and pulled over when we saw baboons, ostriches, and in hope of seeing a whale. I'd highly recommend for those who want a 9AM-3PM excursion.

Cape Town’s coastline, culture, and Table Mountain backdrop make it tempting to stay in the city, but there are a whole host of adventures to be had if you venture out. Whether heading to the Cape of Good Hope or Robben Island, taking a wine tour through Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, or spotting wildlife on safari, it’s all within easy reach. Along with expert guides and entrance fees, many tours include a delicious lunch stop, usually with a view, making Cape Town day trips the ideal way to experience the history, natural wonders, and wildlife reserves of the region.
