Bikes were in excellent condition, helmets provided, pace was nice (and very safety-conscious) and we saw and learned more in a few hours with Abineri than we ever could have seen on foot. Would highly recommend was a great experience and the guides very friendly. Only feedback I would give is there wasn't really any co-ordination to keep everyone togethor and we found ourselves way behind everyone else. Would have been more enjoyable had more effort been taken to keep us all togethor as we spent a lot of time panicking and trying to row faster rather than enjoy the experience.

Amazing experience kayaking with the dolphins (within 5 minutes), seals and even penguins! Had never kayaked before but felt safe with the team / group and quickly picked it up - the modified boats making it easier to steer and balance… weather will also play a part in this but would trust the teams judgement. Very relaxed once out at sea and not too strenuous, an absolute must if in Cape Town.
