Small group of 4. Leticia our guide made the day very enjoyable with her kindness and humour. Very comfortable ride. Saw everything as described although the cloud came down but this didn't spoil the trip.

The activity was due to start at 8.00 am. We received a phone call as we were on our way to the meeting point to say that the driver was running late. In the end it was 45 minutes later that we were picked up. As a consequence, the promised stop for refreshments did not happen. As we had expected this to take place, we had not had breakfast. We didn't end up having a refreshment break until 12.30 pm which was a long time without food and drink. This tour promised too much and couldn't deliver on that promise. We stopped repeatedly to look at views instead of going to somewhere for long enough to actually see it properly. A lot of potential places were mentioned in the itinerary, but the only two which we stopped at for 30 minutes or more, were Cape Point and Boulders Beach. It felt like a very long day in which most of it was spent getting in and out of the minibus to look for a few minutes at a view or a brief glimpse of wildlife. The guide did not have good English and his knowledge of the area was limited. There was little information imparted which we didn't already know. All in all, it was disappointing and not value for money.

I rarely leave a review, but this time it's a must. Service of driver is 6/5. Total blast! Highly reccomend.
The driver is flexible, humorous, very well educated (can help you in any situation or answer any question), helpful etc!
You can experience 7 days of capetown in 1 day. Ofcourse depends on the driver you get I guess. But all of our group LOVED the driver!! Great job guys!

The tour was lovely and Leon (or driver and guide) was INCREDIBLE! However: I booked this tour in Spanish and it was clearly stated on my confirmation, yet it was completely in English. It was fine for me, but my companion struggled and it dampened completely his experience. Not sure why it’s offered if it’s not delivered; I brought it up with Leticia when I was asked how it went and not a single apology nor explanation. If it wasn’t for Leon, the review would have been a 1 star!

I just came back from the tour, and Laetitia and Jeff, our tour operators, were absolutely fantastic!
I booked an hour before the start of today's excursion and Laetitia was able to accommodate my impromptu request. Glorious Cape Tours made the day unforgettable with their warmth, patience, and incredible support.
Jeff’s knowledge about every stop, from the stunning Cape of Good Hope to the adorable penguins at Boulders Beach, was amazing, he shared fun facts that kept us engaged and was so patient when we needed extra time or had questions. Jeff’s humor and chill vibe made the scenic Chapman’s Peak drive a blast, and he was always ready to help with photos or answer questions, never rushing anyone. He ensured everyone felt included and cared for, creating a warm, welcoming vibe.
The itinerary was packed with highlights, and Glorious Cape Tours made each one special. The Table Mountain cable car ride was a highlight, with breathtaking views of Cape Town, and we were guided through it with ease, especially for those nervous about the ride. Stops at Maiden’s Cove for coastal views and the colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood were just as memorable, with their tips on the best photo spots. It gives a wonderful view of Cape Town and surrounding communities. We went to the Cape and experienced wild animals and remarkable views. We visited beaches and Bo Kaap. Loved the penguins!A very full day. Dona was very knowledgeable and can speak French and English.

The penguins are a must see, and the seal boat ride was also great. Armani was a good guide, answered questions well and gave us some important context. We had a bit of time to walk around some small beach neighborhoods. Those and the cape were fine but nothing special. Should be noted we didn't get home till 6pm. Would recommend getting a reservation for lunch next time to speed things up. Overall would recommend.

1. Driver was friendly but drove way to fast. We were in the back set of seats and we were dangerously being thrown around due to his jack rabbit starts and stops. 2. Driver talked way to fast and hard to understand. 3. We were not informed as to the park entrance fees of $36 per person! Way to high for what we got.
4. Driver reccomended a restaurant for lunch and it was a disaster for all 9 people in our group.
5. Double up on 2 separate tours (table mountain and cape of good hope Does Not work although the driver did his best to accommodate those who were supposed to visit table mountain. This is viator's mistake, not the drivers.
6. Driver was very pleasant but it was a bad day all around.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending the day with Leticia, the owner and guide of our Full Day Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Penguin Colony tour — and we can honestly say this was the best experience we’ve ever booked through Viator.
Leticia is everything you could hope for in a guide: incredibly knowledgeable, warm, accommodating, and full of fascinating insights about the region. She didn’t just follow a script — she took the time to tailor the experience to what we wanted to see and do, and by the end of the day, it felt like we were exploring with family. We even exchanged contact information so we could stay in touch — that’s how much we connected with her.
Her vehicle was clean and comfortable, and she thoughtfully provided drinks for the ride. Leticia’s recommendations throughout the day were spot on, from the timing of stops to the best views and places to grab a bite. We had this tour booked for another day, but the weather was not in our favor. Leticia reached out and was in great communication to help us pick a better day. We were told exactly what time and who would be picking us up. Armand was our guide for the day and I cannot say enough wonderful things. He was knowledgeable, full of humor, and made sure we were all safe. We had a great time. My hubby is typically not a fan of organized tours, and he said this was one of his favorites! I loved going to Cape Point and hiking up and down to see the lighthouse. Seeing an ostrich in the wild was amazing. Penguins left me speechless. I’m so glad I picked this tour.

All were fine. Car was comfy. Pickup and return on-time. Due to almost suspense of tourism at covid I was alone, the pickup was kindly at my hotel instead of common place and all attention was for me like in personal VIP tour.
We visited all many pleasant places by program. And due to guide I some walked in both capes instead of one and could go to day one only Hout bay Seal island cruise at 3pm. I saw many different animals and birds including adorable penguins.
Cape Town with neighborhood is one of two most impessionable and panoramic large cities on planet as well as Rio. And better than Beverly Hills with Santa Monica and Los Angeles taken together :)
Leticia is knowing guide, great interlocutor, good orginizer and professional driver. For me she is symbol and sample of enlightened African woman.

Regarding the pickup time: because this was a group tour and not a private tour, the collection time had to be adjusted to accommodate all participants. We understand that the earlier pickup may have been inconvenient and appreciate your flexibility.
