Very Fun night.
Francesca and her partner were great!! Patient and helpful, they showed us howto make pasta and spritzes. And then the best part? We ate what we made. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn about Italian cuisine and have fun at the same time.

Exceptional
Claudia was a wonderful host, and exceptional teacher. She made sure I understood the value of measuring, the type of flour and eggs that are best to use. I learned what dough should look and feel like when preparing and rolling it out. That is what makes the difference in the success of your pasta. We made two different fillings, but the fun part was filling and shaping the tortellini, tortelli and more. She made time to show me the different instruments and how they effect the shape a texture of the pasta. It was so fun!

Davide was a great guide....
Davide was a great guide. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He made everyone in the group feel relaxed. The group was not too big which makes a food tour more enjoyable. He taught us about the history of the food and what the true traditions of Bologna are, as well as some history of the city!

Fun tour which our guide Luca made special
We enjoyed a great variety of traditional Bolognese foods, learned a lot golf history, and had a lot of fun. There is plenty of food to fill you up, even if you arrive hungry. Luca was an excellent guide and we enjoyed his stories and interaction. What a fun tour!
