Great comms from the team from start to finish, friendly and helpful. From pickup to drop off, tour was very good and the mines are well worth a look, we were genuinely stunned at the vastness and detail within. Slight issue with pickup, in that a medical emergency meant a delay in getting to us, but Martin sorted us with a pre paid taxi and as noted, was in touch the whole time... Great customer service. Amazing experience, bring lunch/flask of coffee (these can be left in the bus) Wear comfortable shoes, lots of steps down in Saltmines and walking in Auschwitz but very manageable. Guides were brilliant and made the experience more insightful for us all.

The tour was excellent....

The tour was excellent. Picked up promptly from our main square accommodation by Mr Shuttle and taken to the mini bus that would stay with us for the entire trip. Our driver Tomas communicated clearly with us throughout the day with clear instructions of times and places to meet. He stayed with us until we met with the guide. Much smaller group size than other tour groups we saw which made the experience more pleasant. Taken round both sites and the salt mine by an experienced guide with great knowledge. The lunch provided was very tasty and provided a much needed rest between the visits. Highly recommend.

There were four of us in the class, and it was such a memorable, hands-on experience. We learned a lot, laughed even more, and truly felt immersed in the art of making pasta. Book with confidence, you are in great hands with these guys. Got a text the day before confirming pick up time and location. We were tempted to go with a slighly cheaper company but glad we didn't. Everything was on point can't fault them from start to finish. Both tour guides at Auschwitz and the salt mines were brilliant and very knowledgeable. Great communication and professional , Gregory the tour leader even set a whatts App group up for the full bus load so you knew what was happening throughout the day, nothing was too much trouble. Well worth the money.

Absolutely fabulous...

Absolutely fabulous experience! The team were amazing at being so understanding regarding my unexpected circumstances at the airport having been delayed in a 3 hour queue at customs on arrival. The team kindly changed my trip to the next subject to availability. Excellent customer service at communicating. Mateusz was great. The guide and the tour itself was really good. Lots of steps, and walking so be prepared for this and maybe take a drink of water as you don’t get a toilet break or get to buy any snacks or drinks until towards the end of the excursion.

Best tour I’ve ever had

Unbelievable experience. I travel a lot and don’t do food tours because I have been in a restaurant, seen small group come in for an appetizer and leave. But I saw reviews for this and tried it. Can’t say enough about how great it was. The food was amazing. Both breakfast and lunch. The factory tours super interesting. During lunch at private restaurant they played great music and our amazing guide, driver and restaurant cooks put on a hilarious show. Everyone was laughing at how much food and pasta they kept bringing out. In conclusion, if you do one thing during your stay in Bologna, take his tour for learning, eating very well and great fun. And do not have breakfast or eat anything before the tour. By the way, I don’t drink but the wine flows freely starting at breakfast. My table mates loved that part.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver was great fun and on the return journey he gave us lots of information about the city and was very informative. Our Salt Mine tour guide was amazing and it was interesting to hear his dad once worked as a miner in the Salt Mine. All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend booking this experience and visiting the Salt Mine. The only downside was the night before our pick up time changed to one hour earlier, but this did not effect the overall experience.

Excellent tour for foodies!

We had an awesome experience. Our tour guide Ares did a fantastic job explaining all of the dishes. He also shared shopping and restaurant/bar recommendations while we walked from one location to another. We informed the tour operator in advance about vegetarians in our group and they made good arrangements. If you have not visited Bologna before, be prepared for lots of walking, narrow streets and large crowds.
