Fantastic Class for Lasagna and Gelato
Our cooking class making lasagna and gelato with Monia was fantastic. She explained each step very well, and was happy to assist when we needed assistance or had any questions. We were only in Bologna for one day, but we would definitely take another class with her. Also, we are excited to take the recipes home to make the again.

10/10 this is THE cooking class to book
This was the most fun and I feel like I learned a new skill. Not only was it a fun experience, but now I can go home and cook for my family as a souvenir instead of a keychain. This was 10/10. Alessia opened her home to us and made this a personable experience

This was a fantastic...
This was a fantastic experience and one of our favorite memories in Italy. Monia was so kind and funny, the workspace was pleasant, spotless, and professionally set up, and the gelato treats we made were delicious! We learned much more than we expected about the interaction of the ingredients and what was important to get the best results. Thank you to Monia for a wonderful time.

Excellent cooking class with Roberta
Roberta was an amazing host and great chef. She showed us the process, then allowed us to do our own, providing excellent guidance throughout. Her kitchen is well set up and a perfect space for this cooking class. We enjoyed eating our pasta for lunch along with some lovely wine Roberta recommended. She was a gracious host and we really enjoyed this event. Time well spent during our holiday.

Perfect family activity....
Perfect family activity. We had such fun time learning how to make tiramisu, ravioli and pasta. Easy to do for kids and adults. Our instructor was friendly, professional and a delight to be around. The food and wine were delicious and we can’t wait to try to recreate the dishes at home.

A day well spent
This is what you’ve been looking for. Being invited into the home of a native Bologna resident that is gracious and a beautiful host. Teaching you to make recipes she was taught from her grandmother. Her home is spacious, inviting, warm and Maria Grazia is the best of hosts. The food we created together was the most delicious I’ve had in Italy. It was a day well spent.

Dinner with family.
Giovanna, Laura and Francesca gave us the best experience of kindness, friendship and family! The market tour with Giovanna was lovely as she shared her love of Bologna and her knowledge of local fare. As we arrived at her home we were greeted by her daughters like longtime friends. The cooking class was like a lesson from your favorite grandmother and cousins. The food was amazing but the fellowship was the highlight. Definitely an experience I will treasure for years to come.

So much fun!
This was such a fun experience! I had never done anything like it before. My husband and I enjoyed making the pasta, making new friends, and then sharing a meal when we were all done. Sonia and Stella were wonderful. They helped us when we hit rough patches and were very encouraging.

Bellisima!
We had the pleasure to be hosted by Maurizio at his home. We had a spectacular time. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was one of the best experiences. The food was delicious. We had a BLAST making it and the host was the cherry on top. Highly highly highly recommend this experience. If you could request Maurizio you should! lol

Once in a lifetime experience!
If you love cooking Italian and a beautiful hillside setting, this is a must! We were greeted in Bologna by Flaminia and driven to the family villa in the hills outside of Bologna. Elizabetta (Mom) was delightful and taught us how to make make authentic bolognese, two types of pasta, and then shaping and filling tortellini. We cooked while listening to Italian music and drinking delicious wines.
Then we ate - absolutely amazing!

A wonderful way to learn about the traditional Bolognese dishes.
Irene was warm and welcoming. She was knowledgeable and patient. The experience of seeing an authentic Bolognese home and learning to make traditional pasta and ragu was fantastic! Even the men in our group participated enthusiastically and we all thoroughly enjoyed learning to make the dishes. The hospitality, food and warmth made this a great experience.

Wonderful, inviting cooking class
This was a warm and welcoming cooking class! Hosts spoke English very well, we had great instruction on how to make pasta. I will need to practice for sure! Then eating our creations at the end with great wine, and each of the three pastas cooked differently was amazing! And we made new friends! Def recommend!
