Excellent driver

The driver was the best. He waited for us at the airport for over an hour because our luggage had been lost. He offered to drive us anywhere we needed to go in Barcelona during our stay he was A+ That being said we paid for a minivan due to the amount of luggage we were going to have and it was not a minivan that showed up. It was a regular sedan.

We have been to this show twice (2023 and 2026), and they were both excellent. We opted for the dinner and show option and were not disappointed. The dinner is buffet-style, and they have a wide variety of choices. The flamenco show was spectacular in a very intimate setting, keeping you engaged at all times. We highly recommend sharing in this experience!

Highly recommend!

Great experience with this company! Communication was clear, and once we made it through customs and grabbed our bags, they met us near a coffee shop at the airport that is obviously used by all the transportation companies. There was a long line of drivers with signs. LOL. I had already uploaded where we needed to go and he got us there safely and quickly. It was great not having to stand in the taxi line outside waiting our turn. Highly recommend!

The driver was there...

The driver was there waiting for us when we disembarked and called immediately after we left the terminal. As I was trying to reconnect after leaving the ship and call him back, he walked up to us with our name displayed on the phone and took our bags and whisked us away to the airport. Such a smooth pick up!! When he dropped us off at the airport, he told us exactly how to proceed and where to go inside to check in for our airline Very informative drive on the way, with a little informal tour. He is very proud of his city- as he should be! This was a great experience and I will use this operator again the next time I’m in Barcelona!

Wonderful experience

We had a 24 hour flight delay and were rerouted so the flight details were different. The coordinator was wonderful, working with us to reschedule. What could have been even more stressful ended up being very smooth. Hassan, our driver, was wonderful. He reached out ahead of time to ensure we were clear on our meeting place before we landed!! Great way to go to get from cruise ship to airport in Europe

Driver let me know ahead time when he would be there and that he would have a sign with my name looking for me. The driver actually arrived 30 minutes early which was good since we got off the ship early. He was very friendly and professional. He assisted with all our suitcases as we had a party if 7 all with luggage. Loaded everything and got us safely to the airport.

Perfect sunset cruise

Arrive 30-40 minutes early if you want to sit on the netting of the boat in the front. They start loading 30 min from departure time. It can get a little chilly on the water, dress for it. Luckily, I read reviews and we were prepared and had a wonderful time. It was nice to kick back with a glass of wine, while watching the sun set and listen to jazz music.

Our transfer from the airport to hotel was perfect. The thing I most appreciated was that the company was always available for questions via email and WhatsApp and, when our plane was rerouted and we landed 5 hours later, they adjusted and were right on time to meet us. Excellent transport to airport

This time I was afraid the car might be small (the two of us had 5 check-in sized bags) so I messaged the company in advance through the Viator app. They replied that they would accommodate our luggage and showed up with a Mercedes minivan. Driver arrived to the Mandarin Oriental hotel about 10 min early.
