Amazing first-time snorkel experience - with incredible crews!

We took our family for our first time snorkeling and it it was unforgetable. It was at the lowest winter season in Australia. On the day we went water was choppy and less calm than what we expected which made us a bit scared. So it was not a perfect time. However we felt that this might be one of the best experience of the tours we had taken so far. The crews were excellent, they were so patient, professional and attentive. They were very friendly and approachable. They checked in on everyone, gave clear safety tips and helped us feel totally secure in the water. Plenty of informations were given when we were on board before and after the snorkeling. They supported us during our entire time in the water, for someone who had never taken snorkeling before, they made sure you would still have good time. The underwater photographer was there to help take a good picture for us, something handy so we did not have to take a picture on our own cellphone camera which was difficult to do under water. Buffet lunch meals provided were simply excellent. We love the steak. Feels like the meals were high quality ones. We ate a lot after burning our energy during the snorkeling. Would recommend this tour to everyone visiting Cairns for the first time.

Second time I do the...

Second time I'm doing the tour, always a nice time on the sail boat! This time we were super lucky to have an enchanting moment with the Whale coming close and seeing us. Side of that, the stories and music made it a lovely mood and moment. Also a nice thing to be most of the time away from the big boats. Thanks again and will come again if I have the occasion!

Great experience with a great driver

This was a great service. The driver was great with communication before the ride. On the day of our trip, he was on time and got our luggage loaded and everyone in our big group set. Overall, great value for money if you have tons of luggage and/or family with mobility issues that would make taking public transportation difficult.

Stressless part of our travel!

Our flight from Brisbane was diverted to Mackay due to weather and these guys were absolute gems! With the choas & uncertainty of how Jetstar was getting us to Proserpine, Heart of the Reef made me feel like one part of our journey was covered and I didnt have to stress... even with such a late evening arrival (eventually) Communication was amazing and staff friendly and helpful. Fabulous morning

This was a really fun bus ride with bob who was so friendly and such a polite gentleman, he dropped us at the market which was fabulous and we had so much choice for food and shopping especially the clothes and jewellery. We were late getting back (oops) everyone was just so understanding,,, Highly recommend A really fun morning without any stress. Considering the triathlon was on and many road closures ; bob did a great job getting us there 👍 after all, he’s a true blue local of 20+ years ……. Great memories 😀

Helpful staff

Easy quick trip across the bay. One member of the staff whose name I think was Inness, was especially helpful. He sat down with us and together we went through the guide book on what to see and do for our day on Magnetic Island. He also gave us a detailed explanation on how the island name came about. A big shoutout to this staff member.

Much better!

After having a terrible pickup from the airport we decided to give them a second chance and have them pick us up from our hotel for departure since it was already scheduled. This was so much better because of one thing…I called to reconfirm the day before…they had several details wrong but I was able to get them corrected and the driver was early and it was just a wonderful transfer to the airport. He had forgotten about one of our bags as had we when he drove off, but he came right back around immediately and dropped it off. You just are going to need to be clear, reconfirm and make sure you got everything! They did a good job this time and I have learned to make sure to reconfirm everything and focus more on what they do or don’t do.

What a wonderful way to get to the Gold Coast

You get picked up at passenger pickup instead of where the Ubers and Taxis pick people up. The driver, Alerti, is so personable and knowledgeable about the area and really goes the extra mile to make the drive comfortable. We have booked him to take us back to the airport in a few days. Highly recommend!!!!!

Close encounters with the most majestic and magnetic beings

What an incredible, intimate glimpse into these beautiful creatures and their habits. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience both interesting and educational too! The trip starts a bit outside Byron, so take a shuttle! The whole experience door to door from the town of Byron will take about 4 hours total. It was such an exciting morning out, though! The boat they use is perfect for this kind of tour - fast but also shaded and dry.

WHALE of a time!!!

Make sure you wear a sweater or light jacket and a hat, it gets cold but the sun beats down on your head. Take a bottle of water too. We saw lots of ‘ blow holes, tails and small breeches from the whales, we even got “mugged” by one of the younger humpback whales. We also saw some playful dolphins that were jumping right out of the water. The tour guide was very informative and the captain made sure to keep moving the boat in the direction of the whales. GREAT experience!!!
