Our driver was waiting for us as we exited passport control. He had What's App messaged me as soon as we landed to let us know he was already at the airport. His car was clean, his driving was excellent, and his english was quite good as well. His gave us some explanation when we asked questions about Athens, but he certainly didn't overburden us or talk too much. It took a little longer than usual to get into the city centre, as he explained that it was a "holiday" so the traffic was worse. He dropped us right at the door of our hotel, and bid us a nice vacation. I would recommend airport to hotel pickup, as it was no worry, no hassle, especially after a 9 1/2 hour overseas flight. Viator you came through for us again.

We could not have asked for a better experience with Christos! From beginning to end, he was professional, friendly, thoughtful, and an absolute pleasure to travel with. Christos contacted me the day before our scheduled pickup to introduce himself and confirm all of the details. That small gesture immediately put my mind at ease and made everything feel incredibly well organized. When we disembarked from our cruise ship, finding him was effortless. He was exactly where we expected him to be, and the entire pickup process was smooth and stress-free. His vehicle was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Christos is an excellent driver, and we felt completely safe and relaxed throughout our trip from the cruise port to our hotel near the Athens airport. What really made the experience special, though, was Christos himself. He is genuinely warm, friendly, and kind, and conversation with him was easy and enjoyable. He also went above and beyond by offering to help us with sightseeing recommendations and suggestions for places to visit during our remaining time in Athens. It was clear that he truly cared about making sure we enjoyed our time in Greece, not simply getting us from one destination to another. After a wonderful cruise, having such an easy and pleasant transfer was the perfect way to continue our trip. It was great. The staff is warm and friendly. The only setback is the flight of stairs you have to walk to get to the elevator and there isn’t a lobby. Fortunately, they had workers to assist with the luggage. The room is very modern and I slept like a baby. I would recommend this hotel and it is in the center of Athens which is great.
