This Session is personally hosted by the owner — a former sake brewer who trained for a year at a sake brewery in Osaka. It is a masterclass-style experience where you can learn about the history, brewing process, and cultural depth of Japanese sake while savoring its diverse flavors. The session takes place at "Sake Pairing Bar Potan", a refined space designed with traditional Japanese architecture where sake truly takes center stage. Located in the Fukushima area, just minutes from central Osaka, it offers a serene yet accessible setting to learn directly from a sake professional. As for me, the owner — I Traveled around 35 countries at the age of 20, immersing myself in different cultures. That journey made me rediscover the beauty and richness of Japan, inspiring me to share its culture with people around the world through sake. Beyond sake itself, I also love cross-cultural exchange, and I look forward to enjoying meaningful conversations with all of you during the experience.

Namba at night has a version tourists rarely see: narrow alleys, standing bars the size of a closet, izakayas that have been serving the same regulars for decades. This tour gets you into that version, with two drinks included so you're tasting from the first stop. Your guide picks the route based on the night, some bars are better early, some don't get good until later, and knows the owners well enough to get you seated somewhere a walk-in tourist wouldn't get past the door. Expect a mix of sake, local craft beer, highball, and whatever the bar is known for. What makes this different: we keep groups small on purpose. A twenty-person bar crawl can't fit into a six-seat izakaya, we can, and that's the point. Good fit for: travelers who want a real night out, not a photo-op crawl between chain bars. People who like being handed a drink they've never heard of and told why it's good. We are going to send on yours Whatsapp the location and information to our store, please be aware.
