Terrible, don’t use companies that use locals instead of tour guides!

Using locals, but without any formalized tour, our game plan is a waste of time! This is the second city we have used companies with this concept. It is definitely worth spending the time for a professional tour guide who knows the history points out historical sites rather than aimlessly walking around the city with minimal to know input from them. ChatGPT can give us more information Than the individuals.

NOT a Tour like a local.

The vendor that supplies the “local guide” does not live up to their promise. It says a tour “by a local”. Our guide was from Venezuela and only been in Zurich for 18 months. He Enlists sh was understandable, but not fluent by any means. The 4 of us agreed the guide did not have the breadth or depth of experience/knowledge of Zurich to be leading an expensive tour that was advertised as “Zurich Like a Local”. We were all disappointed.

We had a great tour with Elda! It was the Spring Guilds Festival-so despite how busy the city was-we had a great tour! It made the festival even better, with her explanations of why they do what they do. She was really informative, knew a lot of history and pointed out great spots we never would have found on our own. Overall, it was a great time! Thank you!

Liliana was a good guide. Knowledgeable and nice. BUT, the link to the map to the meeting place was incorrect and I lost a half hour from my tour because I couldn’t find my guide!

We had so much fun with liliana! Felt like spending the day with a friend. She tailored the tour to our speed and requests. Zurich is an amazing city and we saw so many different sides to it. Walked a lot but took the trams which saved our feet and saved time. Would highly recommend and would definitely do again.
