Our guide, Laura, provided historical detail behind the buildings and landmarks we visited. Sh adjusted the pace to suit our needs. She even explained how to buy tickets for the tram for the next part of our journey. It was a wonderful experience.

Terrible!! The guide was a nice man who speaks two languages but not much English. Hardly knew anything about Switzerland or Zurich. All he was able to do was take us from one location to another without being able to tell us anything more. Halfway through we got fed up and discontinued the tour, as it was a complete waste of our time.

Worst tour with viator till date

Right from booking to execution it was terrible .we book regularly with viator in all countries we visit but this was worst experience of all.

Anna was a wonderful guide who showed us around Zurich, pointing out historical sites, but also some of her favorite eating spots (great bratworst) and shops (chocolates to die for). She was a delight and made a rainy day fun with her sunny personality. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and highy recommend it.

We had to cut the 3-hour tour very short. The guide was very nice but she really didn’t know much history and didn’t really have a plan of where to take us or highlights and enthusiasm Or excitement. Most often if we asked a question she didn’t know the answer, so we felt we would have a better tour by ourselves. It was sad because we wanted to learn some history of Zurich but could not do 3 hours with this guide. Sweet young lady but not cut out to be a tour guide.

My son and I were traveling through and decided to do a tour of Zurich. We met with Ana and she provided us a great walking tour to various parts of the city and to a local museum that peaked our interest. Our only regret was that we had to leave her as she was a wonder of information.

Luiza was a superb guide for me to appreciate the beauty of Zurich with it he 2 hour personal tour booked. With her careful planning and checking of my preferred places to visit, we were able to walk from my hotel in West District all the way to the Lake side and the city centre, along the way passing significant sites, it’s history which she very able narrated.
