You can get to the museum easily by water ferry and it is well signposted the way once off the ferry. We were there in a heatwave so all our free chocolates melted. Never mind we ate plenty while there. It’s a fun and interesting tour. Drinks and food are available there. Free bag storage for both small backpacks/handbags etc as well as full size luggage. Secure choose your own code.

Do not leave Zürich without visiting the chocolate factory! This self-guided tour was great! The best part is all the chocolate samples! Don't forget to stop by the cafe before leaving. The drinks are delicious!

Did not have any issues with the ticket, it was valid on the time mentioned on the ticket and the seller reached out on whatsapp and confirmed the details and shared the tickets. Was a pleasant experience.

I was a little disappointed that the tickets were cheaper at the museum. If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked this through Viator. Also, I had a hard time finding the tickets and had to ask for help from the staff there. Museum was fun though!

Third party operator Nord Ashtaa was the worst. Ended up paying again on site, as it stressed us not having to get in on time. If there is less than one star rate , they deserved it. I read the complain of others and it was proven to be correct. Experienced was good but not the experienced with the third party operators they were rude and it was a disgrace for viator , a stain to a viator name.

Gave me a bit of a worry when I was on site and they said it wasn’t accepted but the person on whatsapp was helpful and provided the correct QR before the activity, would be better if the QR was provided sooner instead of an hour before the activity

Do not use the activity provider Nord Ashtaa! They didn’t send us our tickets so we couldn’t get in for our scheduled tour time. Then we had to spend the next 20 minutes trying to contact them to get our tickets. Lindt was nice enough to let us in after the 30 minute buffer so it wasn’t a total loss. The Lindt tour itself was fun.

There was an issue with ticket as had a bar code and needed QR code, needed to download app to get and reception poor, would have been good to know this before hand and would have been better prepared.

We had a great time! There were lots of historical information on the Coco Bean(s) and the Lindt Company! The audio is a must! They also gave you plenty of chocolate tastings from the three fountains, bars and truffles. The staff at the mint museum was awesome!
Getting the Tickets through the Viator app was quick and easy! Their messaging system with the venue Operator was perfect.

Trying to get in the Lindt Home of Chocolate with the tickets we bought through Viator was impossible. Finaly, we had to buy new tickets to get in the museum. We lost the payment we did to Viator. The app doesn't work as well, and it doesn't show the right ticket to get in. It provides a bar code ticket you can place in your phone wallet but the one that works is a QR Code you need to print. The museum always has tickets at the entrance. You don't need to use this app.

Tickets were sent prior to you Via email as well on your phone number. However it was ignored by you. the tickets you scanned at Lindt were viator automatic Confirmation which is not valid entry ticket.

The booking is non-refundable, I get it. But the customer service staff was quite unfriendly and unhelpful unnecessarily. No assistance or information was offered other than asking for a rebooking at full price. There were also too many things to do after confirming our booking to get oriented on what we need to do. The tickets need to be tagged to full names and passport numbers, but after booking, there was no way to check on the details that was entered during booking. I should have checked for community reviews on other websites before proceeding, especially as they differ greatly from the reviews allowed to be posted here.

The exhibit is super impressive. The interactive history room was amazing. It is difficult to listen to every tidbit. The tasting room was quite yummy. Then the freebies at the end was a complete surprise! The taxi from Old Town Zurich was quite costly so beware ($55 for 4.5 miles). Uber to return a bit less ($40).

Buy tickets directly do not be scammed. The experience is worth no more than 20 euros. Parking is charged separately. Interactions are a little old and basic could improve them. Don't pay more with viatur
