    Brought us to a community that was so beautiful still full with Cherry Blossom is peaceful , in Bethesda Jefferson Park was not really fun because the wind chill was cold

    Guide spoke in Mandarins 3/4 of the trip. Not what I signed up for. I would have liked more information about D. C. And surrounding area. Trip was a hour shorter than what was listed.

When you hearing Chinese sometimes it might sound longer than English but it is not, same description at all we promise!     Disappointing, not worth the cost

    The driver was nice though all 5 on tour had difficulty understanding him. He didnt even give us the right year when asked when blossoms planted. It was basically like having an Uber driver taking us around which would have been cheaper. The others all decided it was too aggravating to complete the tour which I went along with as we all expected more. We all went and did our own things after lunch.

    This was not what we expected- it was more like an Uber drop and go service. We were picked up at an odd location and were unable to find the tour bus/Van- called the guide and he was in his own personal vehicle and not at the address provided. We were very hesitant and felt uncomfortable. There was no ID process or professional advertising on the Honda Odyssey he was driving. The guide was nice enough, but the entire experience was strange. We were dropped off at the Jefferson Memorial then random place’s thereafter- we had to walk back to the general area he parked to find him when we were finished. One drop off point was a random neighborhood which felt so incredibly awkward. Just when we didn’t think it could be worse- on more than one occasion we found that our driver was not the most hygienic which made for an even more uncomfortable experience- We ended our “tour” 2 hours early because we were so unhappy with how this was managed. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Again the driver was a pleasant person- polite, but this was not worth the money we paid

Our sincerest apologies for not providing the perfect tour. please allow us to make the following explanations: we usually pick a location as our point of meeting with eye-catching logo around community to be easy found and the bus or van is allowed to load people. Your pick up location is a dental office which can be choosen as a meeting point. The van that day is not personal but with commercial license. I think the misunderstanding is because there was no ID process or professional advertising on van. We do require the tour guide to place a trip sign on the windshield. Thank you very much for your feedbacks, we have talk to the tour guide about this. As of the concerns of your tour, we have checked the website, you did finished the tour as the itinerary has listed. Kenwood Community is one of our stop because it is a very famous detination for Cherry Blossom. But we do see the deficiency that the tour guide did not give much explaination on the tour and we are very sorry for this. Besides, the hygiene problem unexpected. Since the tour guide is required to clean the van up before the tour.     Cherry blossom 🌸 experience is good, it's beautiful n can tell everyone that it's worth doing it. But won't recommend the agency Viator, our experience was so bad.
