I had a great Segway tour with Nikita! Lucky for me, I was the only one to sign up on that day, so ended up with a private tour. I love seeing a city on a Segway - you can cover so much ground and talk while riding. Nikita is a wonderful guide - so knowledgeable and a good sense of humor too. Highly recommended trip!

The segway tour was a brilliant way to see Warsaw. Nikita was both informed and humorous. In three hours, I had an excellent taste of Warsaw. What I appreciated the most was being the only one booked in for that tour, rather than cancelling, he still gave me the tour. I enjoyed the tour and the company immensely

I was double charged. I had booked this activity and had to cancel because of fraud on my credit card so I rebooked the activity with my replacement card. Both cards were charged so have paid double. Would be good business on the companies part to issue me a refund or a credit. I have so far been a good and frequent customer.

Shop was closed at starting time. Contact number went to polish voicemail. Only after contacting Viator did we receive a call that the booking was overlooked. We waited another 30 minutes. Another couple gave up. Finally Nikita turned up. He did a decent job guiding us through the town. Segway was fun. However, it all ended after 1.5 hours instead of the promised 3 hours.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that there was no reservation in our system for that day, as the booking was made for a different date. That's why our office was closed and we had no tour scheduled at that time.
Despite this, once we were contacted, we did our best to accommodate you on the spot and provided a tour — even though we had very limited availability and could only offer the Old Town route, not the full 3-hour experience that was originally booked for the other date.

The guide was very informative. Took a lot of videos and photos. This is a good way to see the town. One suggestion is to have a Venmo account for tips.

We had never done this before. We have 10, 12 and 13yo kids. We all absolutely loved it! We’re going to do it again in krakow. It was quick stops for learning and covered a large amount of the city, which gives you a great overview of the city. It’s especially a great way to start your city experience because when you start walking around or taking the tram you see the areas you saw in the Segway tour, which we thought was helpful for orientation. Learning to use them was a breeze. Much easier than we thought it would be. Definitely recommend. Renata and Nikita were great tour guides as well.

This was a great way to start a trip in Warsaw, the guide was very knowledgable and engaging. He explained the history of Warsaw in a really approachable and accessible way. Travelling on Segway is so fun and very liberating. I wish I could always travel new cities like this!
If you’ve never ridden a Segway before, don’t be afraid. We were all beginners and the guide was very patient, especially with my mother who was really nervous!

My son and I booked a 3-hr, full tour on August 19. Our tour guide was Przemek. He did an amazing job of showing us centuries of history in that time. He answered all my questions and was patient with my son. 15 yr old on a Segway….enough said. I would highly recommend this tour and guide. We will definitely be back to Warsaw when we have family from Canada visiting, and will definitely do this again. Thank you for a great experience!

Segway tour was absolutely amazing. The segways are so much fun to ride. It was also a great way to see different parts of the city that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. The tour war very interesting, Paul was very good with the details and took us to places that we probably won’t arrive with out him. The ride was very fun Esh even had a few minutes just to drive by ourselves. We really do recommend!!
