You don't want to miss this! A pierogi making class in a private home with a terrace overlooking Warsaw AND homemade vodka. Dominick was a fabulous instructor and host. Luna the cat was charming. We made some new friends that shared the laughter, hand-made pierogis and, did I mention the vodka?

Dominic is a talented cook, teacher, conversationalist and host. His kitchen is oeefect fir this event. We met new people, tasted delicious hand-made liquors, and made 4 types of tasty pierogi. A splendid evening in Warsaw.

What a wonderful experience learning to make Pierogi in Dominick’s beautiful home. Dominik is a great teacher overall. I enjoyed the evening learning about Poland, vodka and making Pierogis with two other couples. Highly recommend taking Dominick’s class!

We had a great time learning how to make pierogis from scratch and tasting the delicious liquors that were handcrafted infused. The intimate setting lent itself to the unique type of experience we were looking for. Our host was gracious and knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning about his culture and family traditions. The pierogis were a delicious bonus!!! Can’t wait to test them out when we get home. Highly recommend this experience!

Excellent Homemade Pierogi Class

I highly recommend this experience to anyone curious about making authentic pierogi. Dominik warmly welcomed my daughter and me into his lovely apartment and even offered us a selection of homemade flavored vodka shots. We then moved into the kitchen, working step by step through the process. Together, we prepared three different fillings, each one delicious. Afterward, we sat down to enjoy the meal we had created. We asked Dominik plenty of questions, and he answered every one with patience and enthusiasm. After the class, he sent us a variety of pierogi recipes along with a few photos. It was an excellent evening from start to finish.

What an incredible experience! Dominik was a gracious host and a wonderful teacher. This was such an authentic Polish experience, it brought my dad to tears remembering making pierogis with his grandmother as a child. The appetizers were wonderful, the Polish vodka was delicious and of course o ur pierogis were so yummy. Come hungry!! There are so many pierogis, we couldn’t eat them all. Thanks Dominik, we loved this!!

My daughter and I had a 9 hour layover in Warsaw and knew we wanted to do something fun in Warsaw. We came upon this class and I love that we did. Our host was sweet. He opened his home to us and made sure we were very comfortable. Im not much about cooking but he made it so easy and fun. We ate our amazing perogi creations and were treated to delicious drinks. Everything was from Poland and our host was so knowledgeable. It was a great way to spend hours in Poland.

Highly recommend booking this special cooking experience with Dominik. He was a fantastic host and teacher, and it was nice to have a smaller group with a more personalized experience. It was special to get to try so many different fillings, other treats and vodka. We did this at the start of our trip to Warsaw, and it was a fanatic grounding not only in the culinary history but also the pride of the residents of Warsaw and the multitude of places to explore and learn about. Dominik was a perfect host and chef. He made us feel welcome in his home and his patience with our cooking skills was outstanding. We have tried to make Pierogies at home before with no success but his techniques were easy to follow and the fillings were delicious. I will definitely try to make them at home. This was one of my favorite experiences! To learn about making authentic polish pierogi was a treat! I have made them before but not authentic, now I will go home and make as many as I can. The vodka knowledge and tasting was an added cherry to the experience and was also very good! I would recommend this to everyone!

We had SO much fun learning how to make pierogis and enjoying the rooftop view of the city! Dominik was a blast, super knowledgeable, and patient - pierogi master will not be on my resume any time soon. One of our favorite things we did on this vacation! What a great experience. Dominick’s apartment was beautiful and spotless. We started with drinks and appetizers on his private rooftop. After a bit we went back downstairs into his apartment to make the pierogi dough and a bunch of different filings - meat, vegetarian and even a dessert one! Then we went back up to the rooftop for a beautiful Warsaw sunset while Domick set the table and boiled the Pierogis. I have to say - they were incredible. No one left hungry. If we weren’t staying in a hotel there was even a bunch left to take home. Perfect way to spend a night in Warsaw.

Such a kind and generous host! We had a bit of a miscommunication with time and date, and then came on both the wrong date AND time, but Dominik was so gracious and hosted us anyway on the spot! We learned so much about the culture and history of Warsaw. He sent us the recipes after and sent us away with lots of recommendations.

This was a really fun class put on by Dominik. He does an excellent job of setting the tone of the experience, teaching the techniques, and getting people involved. I've seen the other large classes posted and labeled as #1. Since I have no experience with them, it's unfair to compare. But our class of six felt very personal and attentive. The ingredients were fresh and good and you can observe how much work he puts into this three hour experience. He also distills his own flavored vodka that guests can purchase at the end (after numerous free samples of course). Plus, at the end his sweet kitty made an appearance much to the delight of everyone.
