Absolutely disappointed!!

Fraudulent tour, we booked, paid for and got confirmation of our tour. Nobody showed up to pick us up at confirmed location, customer service was NO help and could not get a hold of the tour guide, and no help on how to proceed. Super disappointed as this was our main event for our trip.
