The driver and horse were great except you could not hear what the driver was saying. She needed a microphone with speaker. The description was incorrect. We did not go to China Town.
Very friendly staff and very quiet horses. Traffic noise interfered with our interaction with the driver. All was good.
The clip-clop of the horse's hooves, the history of the town, the heritage homes and buildings-- it was all just right.
Wonderful tour of Victoria. Our driver Katlyn was knowledgeable and just a joy. Her noble steed Tommy definitely has a mind of his own at times --LOL.

Very knowledgeable. Need to have a Mike for the driver. Not only the larger carriages. The driver was excellent.
Started our day off the cruise ship with a wonderful ride of the Bunker Hill area and the surrounding neighborhoods. Our driver gave us a great overview of the area as Tommy pulled us along at leisurely pace. If booking this attraction, be advised the route does not cover the downtown area of Victoria until the late afternoon or early evening due to congestion issues. Other than not seeing the downtown area by carriage we had a wonderful time.
