The Transfer and Guide, Olivia , were excellent and professional. Unfortunately due to the weather the concert was cancelled. I have to say that Viator did the right thing and gave me a refund for the cost of my concert tickets. Thank you Viator

A long walk to the venue

we were dropped a long way from the Arena and therefore had 2 walks to contend with in sweltering heat. A lot of the passengers were elderly including me and I found it hard to keep up. I would think twice about using them again so be warned!

Hi Dear, unfortunately no tourist bus can arrive in the center of Verona a stone's throw from the Arena, according to the city's directives and regulations. The bus parking is located a 10 minute walk from the square, and is the only place where hundreds of buses arrive every day! From your starting point on the lake, the only way to go at Verona opera is by car, or with us.. not even a public Bus transport is available, no routes at that time in the night... Great experience shame about the cost

I have given this 4 star even though the opera was fantastic and the transfer was very good. I feel that when I got my opera tickets and saw the face value was 32 euros each, that I was totally overcharged for this experience paying over £170 uk pounds for the trip. I have priced it up and I could have got tickets a taxi there and back and it would have still been cheaper. So unfortunately very disappointed with the company and will not use again

Brilliant tour for culture vultures ! We had a magical experience of seeing a production on the scale of a ' Cecil B De Mille ' film while a thunderstorm moved slowly through the sky towards us ...the heavens opened as we exited from the arena what an experience , what a night , what a memory !

Fabulous Opera experien Not scored a 5 only as we had no choice of seats in arena at time of booking. We sat on stone Roman seating for best of 6 hours and looked longingly at the proper seats! Transfers excellent, Driver dropping us off safely at hotel afterwards. Got his card, Montebaldo Travelj

For those staying outside of Verona and do not want the hassle of trying to park - this is ideal! Prompt and friendly service - we had the opportunity to look around a few of the key sites in Verona before the opera started so didn't feel the need to come back into the city again. Fantastic experience - even though our opera was rained off 3/4 of the way through! Definitely buy some cushions beforehand or rent them in the arena - stone steps quite hard on the posterior for hours.

An amazing experience! The atmosphere in the Arena was very exciting and we were so pleased to have had the chance to see such a wonderful open air performance. However, with 3 interval breaks, each lasting some 25 to 30 minutes, the performance was somewhat needlessly stretched to over 4 hours, which we considered a little too long. The coach transfer was very smooth and the guide Alessandro most helpful and informative and spoke perfect english!
