I hadn't done much research on the different providers of chocolate tastings or tours in Turin, but I definitely hit jackpot with his one. Giovanni is not only extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but he is so enthusiastic about the art of chocolate that it's very much contagious. The two hours just flew by! In addition to a rich selection of gianduja from different local chocolate producers, he also has an incredible selection of chocolates from all over the world. Without a doubt the best way to experience a chocolate adventure in Turin. Highly recommended!

Giovanni is not only extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but he is so enthusiastic about the art of chocolate that it's very much contagious. The two hours just flew by! In addition to a rich selection of gianduja from different local chocolate producers, he also has an incredible selection of chocolates from all over the world. Giovanni was such the chocolate educator, generous with his time and plenty of sampling! We learned so much about the complexity of chocolate and what makes good chocolate and amazing chocolate! Make this tour work with your plans. A small group makes it nice to ask questions and learn, and of course to compare tastings. So fun! Giovanni was a gem and fantastic to connect with. The shop was small, but filled with all varieties of chocolate. Giovanni was a great host. He was unbelievably knowledgeable and very friendly. Be prepared to sample a lot of chocolate! His English is perfect and he didn’t mind when I tried to use my limited Italian speaking skills. We also laughed a lot. Great experience.
