This was a great tour with a very knowledgeable and personable tour guide - Anna. We don't speak Italian so it was great that Anna could speak English very well. We tried many local foods that were very good. Anna and the restaurants were even able to accommodate some of my dietary needs. We highly recommend this tour!

This food tour was well worth the time and money! Carolina is super passionate about the food and history of Turin! My husband and I had a great time eating and learning about the city. I loved that each person had the freedom to choose their starters. And if you want to drink any wine or beer after the first stop, you just pay on your way out of each stop. The first wine is included in the tour. Carolina was very warm and welcoming and our little group had an easy time getting to know each other. She also sent us a bunch of suggestions for sightseeing and more restaurants to eat at. Highly recommend!! Make sure you book the days Carolina is working!

We had Anna as our guide and she was excellent! She was warm and friendly and had a truly impressive wealth of knowledge about all aspects of Turin. My sister and I left this tour with full stomachs AND brains! The stops on the tour were all well selected and we had very positive experiences at each place. We got to taste things we had never tried before and learn about the history of the places we ate as well as the food. This trip is well worthwhile and I would recommend it to anybody coming to Turin!

Wow! What a great experience. We have probably done 100+ tours on Viator over the years. This is one of the best, if not the best. Carolina, the guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable but yet super fun and engaging to talk with. Her knowledge of food and wine was great as was her history of the area. We loved the tour. We had a small group and enjoyed meeting new friend too! Highly recommended

Carolina has been our favorite guide across all the Viator experiences we have ever booked. She took us to the best places to try typical dishes and local wines, while sharing the history and significance of the places we walked through. We ended the tour so full we could hardly make it back to the hotel (but we did save room for the ice cream). We highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to experience Torino!

Luca took us to five different places in central Turin. We started with a bit of wine tasting (plus delicious snacks) and then moved on to an excellent pasta place. Next was a restaurant that specialized in Turinese dishes. For dessert we had Bicerines and then (optionally) gelato. I was so full by then I opted instead for a zabaione, which was delicious and I wouldn't have known about them without Luca's guidance. The only place I would say was in any way disappointing was the traditional Turinese place, though perhaps I made a bad choice of dish.

This was one of our favorite food tours EVER! We weren’t sure what to think about Torino cuisine, but it was delicious. Carolina, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, fun, and really made the tour come to life. The food and portions we tried were perfect! The pasta was a full dish and probably the best we’ve had! It was a small group and we loved the vibe and every place we visited. It was not much walking, but you got to feel the heart of Torino. We didn’t want the tour to end, but so happy to have the recommendations from Carolina for next time. If in Torino, you MUST book this tour and ask for Carolina. I promise you’ll be more than impressed and thankful for such a variety of delicious food. (We also choose the drink option, so wine at each location was amazing)

The best part of this tour is all the places we went to were packed. One place had a sign that they were fully booked. The food Carolina suggested was true local food that she and her friends eat regularly, which is exactly what we are looking for in a local food tour. I highly recommend this tour, although don’t expect too much walking. You will leave full.

From the beginning we had a very good impression because Viator sent us the concrete meeting point and the information about our guide with her picture.
Our guide, lovery Carolina, took us to several restaurants and explained about the Turinese specialties and Piedmontese wine. Her way of explaining is very clear for pros and cons and still heartwarming. Meanwhile we felt with Carolina like long time friends by eating, drinking, laughing!
The choice of restaurants was excellent and they covered almost all, from Bicerin to Plin or from red wine of Barolo to sparkling wine in Piedmont. At the end we were really satisfied mentally and physically and missed her very much.
During the tour she showed us where to go and what to see in Turin.
We highly recommend this tour. Carolina, you are the best!
