A food and wine journey to discover Piedmontese excellences, a journey between culture and friendship. We will taste wines accompanied by an introduction and discuss the sensations that each sip gives us. By tasting local products we will try to encourage the most suitable gastronomic pairings for each type of wine. A master class open to all levels from beginners to expert palates.

Enjoy an amazing truffle hunting with a professional "Trifolao" and his trained dog near Monforte d' Alba. Breathe pure air in a gorgeous wood and enjoy the intense truffle scent. Meet the hunter and his dogs, who are specially trained to sniff out truffles, you’ll have a good chance of tracking down the elusive fungi. Along the way, learn more about truffles and why they are so rare, and pick up expert tips on how to find them. During the Hunting you will take a brake for a cheese tasting with black truffle scratched on top, the experience ends with a wine tasting.
