We’re not big on leaving reviews but this experience was our highlight in Turin. Eugenia & Doro were excellent hosts and we had a lot of fun preparing the pasta dishes and desert over a nice wine. We then all sat together & enjoyed the delicious meal we prepared. It is well worth doing this if you are after a unique dining experience.

This cooking class was so much fun! Doretta was so kind and patient and we enjoyed every minute of her cooking class! She prepared wonderful food for us on top of the tiramisu and pasta we made. I highly recommend this class!

The best part of my experience in Turino!

This is the best way to experience local Italian cuisine. Donetta was incredibly talented and helped everyone learned the proper techniques for making pasta, ravioli and tiramisu. She was warm and welcoming in her home - and made dinner feel like a family gathering.

The cooking class with Doretta was fun, informative, and ended in a delicious dinner with new friends! Although her English was limited, Doretta did an excellent job helping us make Tiramisu, ravioli, and farfalle from scratch. We loved learning her techniques, and after we prepared the fresh pasta, we sat down as she presented us with a fantastic dinner. It was delicious and excellent for vegetarians, with dishes from eggplant Parmesan to fondue, and of course the pasta and tiramisu we had made. Would recommend this experience.

They canceled last min and there was no alternative found. This is not really a negative against the experience. We just never got the chance to go. This was one thing we really wanted to experience in out time in Italy. Also, we still have not gotten an email regarding refund. We should have received an email immediately about getting her money back. Overall, not our best experience through Viator.

Last minute cancellations on our end normally happen when our Cesarine have some serious issue that prevent them from hosting their guests. It can be a family matter, a water cut, an electric problem, or simply because they are ill. We, although, always send an email to apologize and to guarantee that the event will be refunded in full in 5-7 business days. Great opportunity to learn new skills

This was a very positive experience for our 16 year old son. We are trying to prepare him for Uni and we thought learning some basic Italian cooking skills would be helpful. The hostess was very friendly and engaging, he came back full of enthusiasm.

My boyfriend and I were traveling to Italy for the first time and really wanted to take a pasta making class. They were both so friendly, warm and welcoming. Not only did they make their best efforts to translate everything to English so we could understand, but they prepared homemade snacks and offered us aperitivo drinks as well. Their home was beautiful, and they spent time getting to know us and took lots of photos and videos! I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that goes to Turin.

My grandmother and I had the most amazing time with Eugenia at her home in Turin, Italy. Eugenia, her husband, and her assistant/translator Arianna welcomed us with open arms and taught us to cook two types of pasta and Tiramisu. It was wonderful! Not only was it a culinary experience, but a heart-filling evening of conversation and laughter. Their apartment is conveniently located on the first floor, so there's easy access, and the space is absolutely perfect. They played soft music, everything was clean and ready for us upon our arrival, and they were perfect, experienced hosts. It is clear that Eugenia puts her heart and soul into each experience, and we cannot be more happy that we chose her cooking class for our first night in Turin. We highly recommend this experience!

Fresh Pasta is the Best Pasta

I thoroughly enjoyed my morning with Eugenia and her husband at their home. There were just 3 of us learning to make the pasta and gnocchi, which was nice. And the results were delicious! I almost took off one star because we did not make the tiramisu; our hostess had prepared it ahead of time. Ravioli, tortellini, and gnocchi take a lot of time and I'm not sure we would have had time to put together the dessert. Viator may want to revise their description, however.

Experience Italian Culture

My goal in visiting Italy was to "immerse" myself in the culture....this excursion met all of my expectations and well beyond. Rosanna and Raffaele were cordial, inviting, engaging. We talked, shared stories, laughed, and ate! We made everything from light appertifs to the Tiramisu and everything in between. I can't speak highly enough of this experience that I will never forget. If you plan on visiting Torino, do not pass this up. I will miss my new friends Rosanna and Raffaele. Rosanna and Rafael were amazing hosts! We were served a generous amount of wine, appetizers, main courses, and tiramisu dessert we made. The homemade pasta we learned to make was fantastic! This cooking class and dinner was one of the best experiences we had on our vacation in Italy. The conversation was great and It was like spending an evening with good friends and helping them with the cooking.

The food and experience could have been amazing but they crammed 10 of us in a dining room for max 6 people and during Covid too. We had a good time because my husband and I got alone with the 8 Americans on the tour but for the price it should have been much less people. Quite expensive really. Also the host didn't speak much English despite it being an English class and there wasn't much instruction really.

Rosanna and Raffaele were amazing hosts and I felt very warm welcomed. Rosanna showed me how to cook spaghetti, ravioli and tiramisu the original Italian way and helped me with some tricks how I can do it at home. All the products we used for cooking and drinking were delicious and completely fresh so there was nothing to complain about or anything I‘ve missed. One of the best experiences in my life!
