The tour consisted of one coffee shop and the public market with various food outlets. The tour guide did not speak much English (even though I had signed up for the English tour). She was a delightful young lady and it would have been more interesting with more local stops and a common language

We had an really good walking tour with Paolo and Valentina. It was great to learn some of the history of Turin as well as sampling some excellent food including coffee, chocolate and a fantastic selection of cold cuts and cheeses. I would definitely recommend as a way to spend an early afternoon in the city

A Tour to Remember

Italian immersion experience part 2....and what an experience it was. Through the streets, from shop to shop, to local farmers market, interacting with the proprietors, and ultimately enjoying incredible good food. My guide, Raffaele, was knowledgeable, engaging, with great connections in the area. From baked confections, antipasto, pizza made from in-house dough, capped off with caffe and gelato.....you couldn't ask for anything more. A must excursion to really experience and appreciate Italy. Benedetta our guide was very knowledgeable and knew the stores at the central market. We saw and tasted really good food. There was only 2 of us and because my partner had difficulty walking far, she offered to drive us in her car. Thank you.
