My in-home chef instructor, Rosanna, and her partner/translator, Raffaele, were an absolute delight! Rosanna tailored the menu to my dietary preferences. It was so fun and I learned so much! Many things that I can repeat on my own, and they send the recipes! Plus, I feel like I got an insight into a true Italian home and family. I highly recommend this for someone on their own, like me, or a group!

I recently took a cooking class with Sarah and Alessio in Turin, Italy, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, their warmth and passion for cooking were evident. They welcomed us, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.Their knowledge for Italian cuisine was great. Highly recommended!

Authentic experience in an Italian home. Quality ingredients and instruction. Enjoyable dinner with our hosts. After dinner our hosts helped us navigate their neighborhood and find a taxi. Very good experience over all.

Amazing opportunity to learn local recipes from a local family. Our hosts were welcoming and very knowledgeable about Piedmontese cuisine and were able and willing to change the menu on short notice to suit our skill level and desired outcome. Highly recommend

Lovely class - made a salad with chicken, celery, walnuts, and Parmesan; pumpkin ravioli with sage butter; and bonet (and a couple bottles of wine). I’d do it again!
