Basic tour, itinerary sequence not as described in the ‘what to expect’ section

Patrick_S, Aug 2024
The following is my opinion of this tour, the tour schedule wasn’t as advertised in the ‘what to expect’ section. We went to the cenote first, then lunch and after that Chichén Itzá. If you’re looking for a tour which gets you to Chichén Itzá first when the weather is cooler and then to the cenote to cool off (like I was) then this is not the tour for you. Also be prepared for a lot of direct marketing on the bus and time allocated for you to buy souvenirs at the lunch stop while the restaurant ‘prepares the table’. The tour guide did a good job of explaining interesting stuff at Chichén Itzá and seemed pretty enthusiastic and knowledgeable. For that reason, I’m giving this 2 stars.

Response from Host, Aug 2024

The description of the tour says that the order of the stops may change, the Chichen Itza was last since during the morning the ruins were crowded The restaurant has to prepare tables and the food, buying souvenirs is not mandatory and the staff makes that clear At the end of your review you said that the staff performance during the guided tour were good, you liked the locations. Your star rating doesn't seem to reflect that Your only complaints were about the order of the stops and the souvenirs offer

Très long.

FMuy gracioso. Guia Orlando magnifico. Muy largo el trayecto.Poco tiempo en Vayadoly.

Pedro_M, Jun 2021
Gracias.

Sehenswert
