A great frustration with VIATOR

I can say very few words aboutcthe experienco because the activity was cancelled the they before because there were no enough people interested in it. I understand that everything is business but, maybe, you should think that you can compensate the time you have more customers than mininum with those when you have less customers. It would be necessary to ensure customers' satisfaction. If you don't do so, all the system of tours reservations may disappear.

We reached out several times via email and WhatsApp in the days leading up to your scheduled tour, to explore the possibility of rescheduling or offering an alternative. As we didn’t hear back from you, we were unfortunately not able to proceed with any changes. As a small-group experience, the tour requires a minimum of three participants to operate. This is clearly stated on all our booking platforms and helps us ensure the experience remains both environmentally and economically sustainable. That said, we always aim to accommodate our guests as best we can, which is why we reach out proactively when numbers are low. We also ask guests to keep an eye on their email and phone before the tour in case any important updates arise. Midnight Sun by the Campfire!

I recently embarked on the Midnight Sun Campfire Tour from Tromsø with Wandering Owl Tours. Our hosts, Ellie and Evgeni, were informative, genial and professional. Pick up for our small group tour (7 guests) was on time and easy for the drive out to a beach where they cooked us dinner over the campfire and taught us how to bake our own bread as we watched the midnight sun not set! Fabulous night, awesome setting, beautiful experience! Not on the itinerary, but very much appreciated, was when Ellie pulled over after spotting reindeer on the way home so we could jump out and take some pics. I can highly recommend this tour!

Beautiful sand beach with fabulous views of the mountains and sea.

Anthony, our guide , was friendly and knowledgeable about Norway and the Tromso area in particular. He was very engaging and did a fine job. The site we visited for our campfire was a very beautiful sand beach with fabulous views. Three reindeer were even taking a respite on beach while we were there. Would highly recommend this tour.

The tour guide was great and this was the only good thing of the tour. Take some food on you as you will feel very hungry and maybe angry at the end of thr tour. Overpriced too

The meal cooked together over the campfire, on a beautiful beach overlooking never setting sun is a highlight of Summer Night Campfire. We want the meal to be suitable also for our guests with various food allergies or dietary requirements. Therefore we chose to prepare a seasonal vegetable stew with stick bread baked on fire. All our food is homemade and widely appreciated by our guests. We are sorry to hear it didn't suit your taste buds.
