    • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 7 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability

    • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
    • All guests need to wear clothes appropriate for the weather. We recommend to always bring wind and waterproof pants,jacket,shoes.
    • IMPORTANT: You need to provide information about height of each tour participant upon reservation. The trip is suitable for everybody who can ride a bicycle and has normal balance, and a minimum users height of 155 cm, which will assist comfort and control on the bike.
    • Minimum number of two people applies for this tour to run. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough participants to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
    • All participants need to know how to ride a bike. This tour is not suitable for guests who cannot ride a bike.
    • The minimum age is 12 years
    • Winter/Outdoor clothes are not included - but these can be rented separately at Tromsø Outdoor
    • Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility and problems with balance
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
