- All guests need to wear clothes appropriate for the weather. We recommend to always bring wind and waterproof pants,jacket,shoes.
- IMPORTANT: You need to provide information about height of each tour participant upon reservation. The trip is suitable for everybody who can ride a bicycle and has normal balance, but we recommend that you are least 150 cm tall, which will assist comfort and control on the bike.

This was a great way to experience Tromso! Mike was a great guide, very informative and patient with our group. Make sure you are confident on an e-bike: between navigating the hilly terrain and avoiding pedestrians and cars, it gets really tricky!

We had an excellent tour with Marta exploring Tromsø island. Marta was an excellent guide in that she providing great information at each stop. She kept us safe and provided a tour that was enjoyable and comfortable for all skill levels. Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was Cain. He is from New Zealand so his English was perfect for us. We were in a group with a total of 5 people. Cain was super patient with our questions about Norway, and we felt like we were not only hiking, but also learning about Norwegian people. Thanks for the tour!

This was our first time using E-bikes and it was great. We still had great exercise AND made it up some decent hills. Our guide, Marina, was outstanding, sharing interesting facts about the various sites. It was a wonderful experience!

I wish I could give this tour more than 5 stars. This was by far the best excursion I have EVER taken on a cruise. The tour was approximately 20km (14 mines) through Tromso, and the weather was AMAZING! The guide was knowledgeable and ensured that everyone in our group stayed together. The group size was small (10 of us) which really made for a much more enjoyable experience. E-bikes are awesome. I had never been on one before and hadn't been on a bike for over 10 years! It took all of about 100 feet to get the hang of it and find the groove again. Bikes and helmets are sized to each rider, and refreshments are provided about half-way through. Plenty of rest stops and photo-taking spots and the views are incredible. The best way to see the city. Dress in layers. Enjoy the ski jumps, botanical garden, even dip your toe in the polar waters at the beach if you like. See parts of the city that are tourist free! Go enjoy yourself!

Tour takes you around almost all of the island with hills offering some great views. The electric bikes are very helpful with the hills.

I joined a group of cruise passengers , we had a great morning out and saw some beautiful sites. The guide was brilliant.the electric bikes were easy to ride. Thoroughly enjoyable

It was the best thing I have done in Tromso. It is my first time trying E-bike, a lot more than I expected. Not only overcome the uphill climbing for me, but still feel the pedal action.
It is the best way to explore the town the community! The guide is very informative, patient and considerate! I was gping to hire the same bike, time would not permit!
Highly recommend for solo, families, couple!

We really enjoyed our e-bike tour in Tromsø with our guide Marie! She was very knowledgeable about the city and the beautiful areas she took us to! Especially loved seeing the ski jump area. We enjoyed the e-bikes, easy to manage and allowed us to see so much more than just a walk! Highly recommend!

My husband and I highly recommend this tour. There is no other way to see Tromsø than by bike. Our Tour guide was terrific. We met at the bike shop and he provided helmets and bikes. Our bikes were pedal assist which really helped on the hills. We got a nice work out but the biking was easy. We highly recommend this tour

I am wo disappointed this tour was cancelled due to me being the only participant. I do appreciate however the guide contacted me in advance so that I could book an alternative tour.
