FINDING YOUR DRIVER In front of the cruise ship exit, your driver/representative will be waiting holding a sign with your name on it. Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. DIFFICULTY IN LOCATING YOUR DRIVER Contact your supplier for assistance. Do not leave without having contacted your supplier first. In the event of delays over 30 minutes on arrival you must call the supplier. There are 30 minutes wait time included from your disembarkation time.

This was the easiest way for us to reach Venice after our cruise. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and it was nice to have a driver meet us at the port. It was great to relax in the beautiful van on our way to Venice rather than deal with the luggage on and off the transfer bus that the cruise offers. The driver was on time and dropped us right at the airport in a timely manner’

No sign with name for pick up, no phone pick up at Viator. BOD experience in a foreign country.

No tour as advised Driver poor English speaking. Pick up over 1/2 hour late. Was in car not at dock when someone finally picked up the phone at Viator. No sign, had name In cell phone. Safe driving but missed our tour in Venice. Viator not eager to please its users attitude was “ Oh well “ very dissatisfied with using them due to poor communication Spent way too much time trying to get necessary info for pick up times and location on everything else booked through them!

Dear Patricia, as you know, this transfer was a combined transfer by car and boat, that's why the pick up was not at the airport dock. You went to the dock even if the meeting point was at the arrival hall and this was the reason of your pick up in late. Our driver had a tablet with your surname. Our team operated completely correctly and in compliance with the rules agreed upon with Viator. We also add that you accepted all the terms and conditions during the booking process. We therefore invite you to reconsider your defamatory comment about our operations, or we will be forced to take legal action.

The van driver who took us to Venice was wonderful Water taxi had been arranged and was there. However, thought we would have guidance to get to hotel. Was just dropped off and had to find way . The reservation was from Port to hotel. If was just going to be dropped off at water taxi stand, the reservation should have reflected that. Future reference - ask specifically what transfer includes.

Dear Dawn, unfortunately, due to the water level in the canals, which varies throughout the day, it is not always possible to arrive directly in front of a Hotel. For these reasons, sometimes the pick-up or arrival point may vary by a few meters.

Trieste to Venice

Our ship was delayed into port due to weather and we missed our original departure. We contacted the company and they required another full payment to travel to Venice. We were having a long terrible wait on the ship. We thought our additional travel be discounted and not full fare

The guy that picked us up was very nice but did not speak English. When we got to the water taxi we thought it would take us to the hotel like we requested but no it drop us off about a half a mile away. We had to pay a porter 70 euros to get our luggage taken to the hotel not quite what I expected.

Dear Rick, thank you for your feedback, unfortunately in Venice the water level change each 12 hours and it's not possibile to enter in all canals in safe. We expect to have you again on board in the future!

The driver was on time. Did not speak English as requested but he knew where to take us. Small issue was they were supposed to have arranged for us to get to our hotel via a water taxi and a few days before our cruise departure I found this was not the case. They did arrange for a water taxi but it was 90.00 Euros in cash. Luckily between the 1 couples we were able to gather enough money. Other than that we made it to where we needed to be.
